“ We are very lucky to be trusted by the Asia’s leading ride-hailing platform.” National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., stated during his message after the Virtual Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between NCRPO and My Taxi (PHP) Inc commonly known as GRAB represented by Ms Sherielysse R Bonifacio, Head of Public Affairs, Grab Philippines today, April 14, 2021 at the NCRPO Conference Room, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.
The MOU was signed via zoom teleconference in the presence of PBGEN PBGEN Benjamin C Acorda, Deputy Regional Director for Operations, Ms Grace Vera Cruz and Mr Ralph Joseph Y. Cabaluna, Country Marketing Head Grab Phils.
As part of the MOU’s objectives, both parties shall conduct activities that will further promote and enhance the friendly relations, cooperation, mutual respect and benefit protection of its respective personnel and activities that will serve as measures to counter criminality and terrorism.
Likewise, both parties also commits to share their respective best practices in detecting indicators of criminality and terrorism particularly the sustainable programs existing in both parties as well as grab commits to support the PNP’s Flagship Programs by extending reasonable operational and administrative assistance to NCRPO as the need arises.
“This signing of Memorandum of Understanding is a manifestation that My Taxi (PH) Inc./ Grab Phils and the NCRPO are united to seal a commitment in providing all kinds of services we could offer to our personnel and the people of our community while we commit to keep ourselves safe and protected at all times.
