PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR., Chief, NCRPO commends the operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit, PS – 4 Novaliches, Quezon City Police District in coordination with PDEA Quezon City for a successful buy-bust operation which resulted in the arrest of two (2) female drug personalities along Commonwealth Ave., Brgy. Greater Fairview, Quezon City at around 8:00 PM on April 6, 2021.
Based on the initial report submitted, the arrested suspects were identified as:
a.) Noraima Midtimbang residing at Multinational Village, Parañaque City; and
b.) ANNAN ACOY y GUGU aka “JENNY” 25 years old and residing at Brgy. San Isidro, Parañaque City.
The joint operatives conducted a pre-arranged buy-bust operation which resulted in the arrest of the suspects and confiscation and recovery of the following pieces of evidence:
a.) Two (2) pcs of large sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substances suspected shabu;
b.) One (1) pc of medium sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu;
c.) One (1) pc of one five hundred Peso Bill used as buy-bust money;
d.) Ninety Four (94) pcs of one thousand pesos boodle money;
e.) One (1) unit of cellular phone color pink;
f.) One (1) pc of color blue shoulder bag;
g.) One (1) floral pouch; and
h.) One (1) Brgy. Identification Card.
The recovered pieces of evidence was duly marked and inventoried with the presence of Kgwd. Samuel R. Lagco and Kgwd. Roberto M. Malasaga of Brgy. Greater Fairview QC and Media Representative Mr. Leody Tobias of Radyo ng Masa.
The confiscated illegal drugs has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 125 grams with a DDB value amounting to PHP 850,000.00. It was turned over to the PNP Crime laboratory for confirmatory testing.
While the arrested suspects were in custody of Police Station 4, QCPD and pending the filing appropriate charges.
On the same date, at around 8:30 PM along Everlasting St., Brgy. Pasong Putik, Quezon City operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit of PS – 16 Pasong Putik, Quezon City Police District also conducted a buy-bust operation with 5th Mobile Force Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion that resulted in the apprehension of four (4) male and two (2) female drug personality for violation of RA 9165.
Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested suspects were identified as:
a.) Martin Bumanlag y Vitug;
b.) Switzel Legaspi y Oson;
c.) Nestor Francisco y Manapat;
d.) Mary Joe Jereza y Reboton;
e.) Lauvine Emit y Baldomar; and
f.) Carlou Degracia y Gutiera.
Seized from the suspect’s possession and control are the following pieces of evidence:
a.) 11 pcs. Small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu;
b.) 1 unit cellphone Touch screen color Grey;
c.) 1 coin purse color Brown;
d.) 1 pc. Genuine PHP 500 bill money and 3 pcs. Php 1000 bill Boodle money as Buy bust money;
e.) 3 pcs. PHP 100 bill Recovered drug money;
f.) 1 unit Toyota Vios color Brown;
g.) 1 unit Honda City color Grey; and
h.) 1 pc. Small Ziplock transparent sachet containing dried fruity leaves suspected to be Marijuana.
The recovered illegal drugs suspected to be shabu has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 15 grams with DDB value of PHP 102,000.00 and 1 dried fruity leaves suspected to be Marijuana w/DDB value amounting to PHP 200.
Arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to PS – 16 SDEU office for documentation.
Meanwhile, Station Drug Enforcement Unit of PS – 8 Sta. Mesa, Manila Police District conducted Anti-illegal Drugs Operation along 2nd St. near cor Road 10 Port Area, Manila at around 8:35 PM on April 6, 2021.
The said operation resulted in the arrest of two (2) drug personalities who were identified as Rafael Quidangan, 22 years old and Rodrigo Pinero y Fraga, 31 years old. And confiscation of 2 pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 100 grams with an estimated DDB value amounting to PHP 680,000 and 1 pc five hundred peso bill used as buy bust money.
Suspects are now detained at Sta. Mesa Police Station Detention Cell for investigation and proper disposition.
Likewise, at about 12:10 AM of April 7, 2021 along Gen T. Road, Gen T De Leon, Valenzuela City (near Tulyahan-Ugong Bridge), Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District in coordination with PDEA conducted a buy-bust operation that resulted in the apprehension of two (2) drug suspect who were identified as Richard Nicolas y Santos, 42 years old and Jeffrey Fermin y Rivera, 38 years old.
Seized from suspect’s possession are the following pieces of evidence:
a.) One (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu (object of sale);
b.) Seven (7) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu;
c.) One (1) piece PHP1000 bill buy bust money;
d.) Nine (9) pcs PHP 1000 bill boodle money;
e.) Cash money amounting to PHP 500.00;
f.) Two (2) units cellular phone (Realme and Oppo);
g.) One (1) pc color black coin purse;
h.) Three (3) pcs assorted Identification cards (UMID, driver’s license and gcash card) owned by Jeffrey Fermin;
i.) One (1) pc color black sling bag’ and
j.) One (1) unit Toyota Vios color red with key.
Seized items believed to be shabu with estimated weight of more or less 40 grams with Standard Drug Price (SDP) of PHP 272,000.00 was turned over to NPD Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.
The arrested suspects during the buy-bust operations will face charges for violation of Sec. 5 and 11 Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Acts of 2002.”
