Top 5 Most Wanted Person of Sampaloc Police Station, Arrested

National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commends the Intelligence/Warrant Section/Tracker Team and Follow-up Section of Sampaloc Police Station (PS-4), Manila Police District for the intensified implementation of OPLAN Manhunt Charlie that resulted in the arrest of the station’s Top 5 Most Wanted Person and another suspect for the crime of Frustrated Murder on October 2, 2020 at about 7:00PM along Geronino Street, Sampaloc, Manila.

Subject persons arrested were identified as Jester Paraiso y Lalisan, 20 years old, male, single, station’s Top 5 Most Wanted Person and Godofredo Lalisan, 44 years old, both residents of # 579 Geronimo Street, Sampaloc, Manila.

Investigation disclosed that after validation of a report provided by the Barangay Information Network (BIN) regarding the whereabouts of the suspects, surveillance and continuous monitoring were conducted. Upon verification of the location of the suspects, operatives immediately proceeded to the area. Right then and there, they served and effected the warrant of arrest.

The suspects were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated June 17, 2020 issued by Honorable Thelma Bunyi-Medina, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 32, Manila with Criminal Case Number R-MNL-19-12503-CR for the crime of Frustrated Murder with a bail of Two Hundred Thousand pesos (PHP200,000.00) each for their temporary liberty.

Upon arrest, the suspects were informed of their standing Warrant of Arrest and were properly apprised of their Constitutional Rights. Suspects are currently detained at PS-4 Sampaloc Police Station Custodial Facility pending return of the Warrant of Arrest and commitment order.

“No matter how long or recent the crime has been committed, Team NCRPO will never put our guards down and will see to it that these wanted persons will be put behind bars,” PMGEN SINAS stated.
