National Capital Region Police Office Acting Regional Director, PBGEN Vicente D Danao Jr commends the joint operatives of the Regional Intelligence Unit-National Capital Region, PNP Intelligence Group (PNP-IG), Crime Investigation Unit (CIS) and the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) for the arrest of the Top 10 Most Wanted Person.

PBGEN Danilo P Macerin, District Director, QCPD identified the suspect as Jerson Bañadera, 37 y/o, and a resident of Filito Camarin Caloocan. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest on January 11, 2021 at about 9:00AM at HY2 Steel Trading, Sampaguita St., Maligaya Park, Brgy Pasong Putik, Novaliches, Quezon City.

The suspect is listed as Regional No. 10 Most Wanted Person and was arrested by virtue of warrant arrest for Violation of R.A. 8353 otherwise known as The Anti-Rape Law of 1997 with Criminal Case No. R-QZN-20-07995-CR issued by Hon. Catherine P. Manodon, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 104, Quezon City with no bail recommended.

Furthermore, PBGEN Danao also commended the operatives of the Regional Special Operating Group (RSOG) for the successful apprehension of a member of the Dragon Gun for Hire Criminal and Drug Group in Tondo and Binondo.

Investigation disclosed that operatives of RSOG led by PLTCOL Melvin Montante launched a manhunt operation after verification on the veracity of the information received from a confidential informant regarding the whereabouts of the suspect.

The suspect, Arnold Laog alyas Kambal is listed as NCRPO’s Top 5 Most wanted Person and was arrested on January 9, 2021 about 10:25PM at Gate 12, Parola Compound, Tondo Manila.

Meanwhile, the courts of origin will be notified on the arrest of the Wanted Persons.
