RD NCRPO lauds the buy bust stings conducted by the operatives of Southern Police District on June 5, 2021 which led to the arrest of three drug suspects.
In a report submitted, Taguig City Police Station conducted an anti illegal drug operation at about 5:15PM of June 5, 2021 at #15 C Balagtas St., Brgy. Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.
Suspects were identified as: a) Lawan Limbao y Kadil @Lawan and b) Aida Palog y Pudong.
Probe reveals that operatives of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with PDEA were able to transact with the suspects. Upon completion of the deal, operatives immediately effected their arrest.
Confiscated from their possession and control were: 3 pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu ,1 Digital weighing scale, 1 sling bag color Brown, 8 pcs. Php1000 Bill as Buy-bust Money and 1 bundle empty transparent plastic sachets.
More or less 81.11 grams of shabu amounting to Php551,548.00 was confiscated during the operation.
On the same day, at about 8:00pm, another buy-bust operation was launched at Purok 4, Brgy. Alabang, Muntinlupa City wherein one suspect, Kim D Delos Santos was arrested.
Investigation revealed that operatives of Muntinlupa SDEU and personnel of PDEA NCR SDO conducted a Buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of Delos Santos
Seized from his possession and control were A. 1 pc. Small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing Shabu; B. another 2 pcs. Medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing Shabu, C. 1 Blue pouch bag and D. 1 Php500 Bill as Buy-bust Money.
Operatives seized a total of shabu weighing more or less 100 grams amounting to Php680,000.00
The confiscated illegal drugs has been turned over to the crime laboratory for confirmatory testing.
Arrested suspects were detained at respective Police Station concerned while charges for violation of Art II RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being readied against them.
PMGEN DANAO urged the public to report illegal drug activities within their areas to totally eradicate illegal drugs in the region.###
