TOP 3 REGIONAL LEVEL MOST WANTED PERSON OF PRO 8, ARRESTED

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District for the successful arrest of Top 3 Regional Level Most Wanted Person of Police Regional Office 8 along Sto. Rosario Street, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City at around 11:45 AM on May 15, 2021.

The operation stemmed through joint operation of Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela CPS led by PLT ROBIN D SANTOS, Chief, WSS, together with Sub-Station 9 led by PLT DODDIE M AGUIRRE under the leadership of PCOL RAMCHRISEN VILLA HAVERIA JR, OIC, VCPS, PNP IG-ISOD, Regional Intelligence Unit PRO 8, 2nd Leyte PMFC, PIU Northern Samar PPO, 803rd MC RMFB PRO 8, and 4th MFC RMFB NCRPO.

Joint operatives served the warrant of arrest to the accused identified as Jose Gache y Florendo, male, 63 years old for the crime of RAPE in relation to RA 7610 under criminal case issued by Hon. Decoroso M Turla, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, Allen, Northern Samar, issued on December 16, 2013.

The accused was apprised of his constitutional rights during the arrest. He was brought to Valenzuela Medical Center for medical examination and subsequently turned-over to the Custodial Facility Unit Valenzuela City Police Station for proper disposition before returning to the court of origin.

Top 15 Most Wanted Person of PRO4A Arrested in Valenzuela City

 

 

In line with the intensified implementation of the Synchronized Enhanced Managing Police Operations (SEMPO), National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., commended the successful arrest of the TOP 15 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of PRO4A in the National Capital Region, on May 14, 2021 at about 12:30AM at Kaypadan St., Canumay West, Valenzuela City.

 

Based on the report,  joint operatives from Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela City Police Station led by PLT Robin D Santos, under the leadership of PCOL Ramchrisen V Haveria Jr, OIC, VCPS and operatives of Biñan City Police Station led by PLTCOL Giovanni S Martinez, COP, Biñan CPS served the Warrant of Arrest against the subject person for the crime of Murder and Robbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Person,  issued by a Regional Trial Court in Binan City, Laguna with no bail recommended.

 

Arrested accused was identified as Roscoe Alve y Magaling, male, 36 years old single, businessman and a resident of  Canumay West, Valenzuela City.  Alve was the suspect on the death of a 27 year old Call Center Agent in San Pedro Laguna in July 2020.

 

PMGEN Danao said that, “The on-going intensified manhunt operation in line with the SEMPO is continuously being undertaken by our Tracker and Intelligence Teams to locate, arrest and put all these law offenders behind bars.” ###

5 Top Most Wanted Persons Arrested in Manhunt Operations

NCRPO- PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., Regional Director, lauded the Tracker and Intelligence Teams of Cubao Police Station, personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of Taguig, Paranaque and Muntinlupa Police Stations, for the arrest of their Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP).

Based on the report, submitted to Regional Office, elements of the Tracker and Intelligence Team of Cubao Police Station, QCPD successfully arrested their Top 2 and Top 3 MWP at about 7:30AM on May 12, 2021 in Brgy., Poblacion 1, Mulanay, Quezon Province.

Arrested accused were identified as as Jerick Asia de Torres, 27 years old ranked Top 2 and Alvin Manalo, 35 years old, ranked Top 3 MWP. They were charged with cases of Attempted Homicide and Slight Physical injuries issued by the MTC Br.40, Quezon City.

Investigation reports disclosed that upon verification of the information received regarding the whereabouts of the subject persons and after coordination with Mulanay MPS and Catanauan MPS, Quezon Province, operatives immediately proceeded in the area to serve the WOA.

Meanwhile, Southern Police District under the leadership of PGBEN Jimili L Macaraeg, District Director commended the operatives of Taguig, Paranaque and Muntinlupa City Police Stations for their ceaseless effort that led to the arrest of their top most wanted persons on May 12, 2021.

In Taguig City at about 1:30PM operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section conducted a joint manhunt operation that resulted in the arrest of the listed Top 8 MWP, Station level identified as Joward Sesaldo y Gudio, 32 years old and a construction worker. He was arrested along Gen. Santos Ave., Lower Bicutan, Taguig City for the crime of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016).

Moreover, personnel of Paranaque Police Detective Unit arrested the No. 3 MWP of Paranaque City for the 2nd Quarter of CY 2021 identified as Mark Joseph Anosa y Rosendal, 18 years old and a resident of Area 7, Sitio Libjo, Brgy Sto Nino, Paranaque City. Anosa was arrested for the crime of Rape issued by a Regional Trial Court in Paranaque City with a recommended bail of PHP 200,000.00 for his temporary liberty.

Further, in Muntinlupa City, at about 1:00PM at #545 Purok 4, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City, elements of Warrant and Subpoena Unit, arrested their Top 15 of 20 MWP,identified as Archie Loraya alyas Arsenio Loraya Jr. y Ogania, 30 years old,male,single, construction worker and resident of the above mentioned address.

He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for crime of Qualified Carnapping under paragraph 2 Sec. 3 of RA 10883, otherwise known as the “New Anti-Carnapping Law” issued on January 20, 2020 with bail recommended of Php 300,000.00.

Upon arrest, all the accused were informed of the nature of their arrest and their Constitutional Right and are currently under the custody of the operating units for documentation and proper disposition.

RD Danao stated that, “The continuous and successful arrests of most wanted persons in the region is the result of Team NCRPO’s active campaign against criminality. It is a clear indication that your police force is doing their job well in going against all persons sought by law despite the dangers of this current pandemic.” ###

DILG MOST WANTED PERSON IN NCR ARRESTED IN PASIG

NCRPO- PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR , Regional Director, NCRPO commends the joint efforts of Counter Intelligence Division- Intelligence Group) (CID-IG), Station Intelligence Unit, District Intelligence Division of EPD and Pasig Police Station which led to the successful arrest of an accused listed in DILG Wanted Person in NCR at about 7:40 PM of May 10, 2021 along Market Ave., Brgy. Palatiw, Pasig City

Reports from the station disclosed that the accused was identified as Jimboy O Selma @ Jame Boy O Selma, 38 years old, baker and a resident of Sitio Niogan, Masagana St., Brgy Sta. Ana, Pateros , Metro Manila.

Further, the joint elements of CID-IG of Camp Crame, DID , SIS and S3 of Pasig CPPS successfully arrested the accused by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by HON. ISAGANI A. GERONIMO, Presiding Judge of RTC NCJR Br. 262, Pateros City for the crime of “Murder” with monetary reward of Php 135,000.00.

Selma was informed of the nature of his arrest and apprised him of his Constitutional Rights by reading the Miranda Doctrine in a dialect known and understood by him. He is now under the custody of the station for further investigation and documentation before the return of the warrant to the issuing court of origin.

2 MOST WANTED PERSONS OF QCPD NABBED

 

The National Capital Region Police Office under the leadership of its Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR intensified their campaign against wanted persons hiding in the Metro.

In line with this, the Top 5 Most Wanted Person of Quezon City Police District- Cubao Police Station was successfully apprehended at about 11:00 am of May 8, 2021 at No. 7 37 Miami St., Brgy Silangan , Cubao, Quezon City.

The accused was identified as Eloisa C Cabuñag, female, 20 years old, single, high school graduate, jobless, and residing at Miami St., Brgy. Silangan, Cubao, Quezon City

She was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by HON. LILY ANN M. PADAEN, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 13, Quezon City dated February 5, 2020 for a crime of Theft under Art. 308 of the Revised Penal Code. The case was docketed under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-10-01373-CR with a fixed bail of Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00) for her temporary liberty.

Meanwhile, another most wanted person of Batasan Police Station was nabbed at about 12:15 PM of May 8,2021 a t Bangus Ville Bonuan Gueset , Dagupan City.

Accused was identified as Marlon M Capilitan, male, 44 years old.

Investigation disclosed that operatives of Batasan Police, and personnel of 5th MFC- Regional Mobile Force Battalion Intel Operatives successfully served the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. MILY ANN M.PADAEN Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 13 Family Court, Quezon City docketed under Criminal Case No.20-06625 with bail recommended of Php.200,000.00.

The arrested persons are under the custody of the station for documentation and proper disposition prior the turn-over to the court of origin

QCPD NETS MOST WANTED; BUENAFE GANG MEMBER ARRESTED

The National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR lauds the intensified campaign of QCPD to arrest wanted persons in their areas of responsibility thereby resulting to the apprehension of the No.1 Most Wanted Person of Cubao Police Station (PS 7) and One member of BUENAFE CRIMINAL GROUP.

According to the initial report, at about 9:30 AM of May 7, 2021, elements of the Quezon City Police Ditrict Cubao Police Station (PS 7) Tracker and Intelligence Unit in coordination with Catanauan Police Station  and 3rd Platoon, 2nd Quezon Provincial Mobile Force Company served a warrant of arrest against the accused who was identified as AISER KHADE REN ESBER PINEDA, 21 years old (DOB: June 23, 1999), male, single, high school under graduate, jobless, native of Bulan, Sorsogon and residing at Brgy. San Antonio, Pala, Catanauan, Quezon.

He was wanted for the crime of Attempted Homicide and Slight Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case No. 18-01991-92.

Meanwhile, at about 10:15 PM of May 6, 2021, elements of Galas Police Station (PS 11) served a warrant of arrest for attempted homicide against one member of BUENAFE CRIMINAL GROUP  who was later identified as SAIREN BALANA y DAACO, male, single, 25 years old (DOB: June 9, 1995) Construction Worker, and a resident of No. 629 G Araneta Avenue Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City.

The success of the intensified campaign to arrest wanted persons resulted from a series of casing and surveillance operations conducted by our police units with the active support of Barangay Information Networks and other concerned members of the community.

NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT’S TWO MOST WANTED PERSONS, ARRESTED ON THE SAME DAY

 

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds Warrant and Subpoena Section, Malabon City Police Station, Northern Police District under the supervision of PCOL JOEL VILLANUEVA, Chief of Police for the successful service of warrant of arrest to No. 2 Most Wanted Person of the Station on May 6, 2021 at about 3:45 PM at Malabon City Jail, BJMP, Malabon City.

 

Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested accused was identified as Geomarie Amper y Viñas, 29 years old.

 

Based on the report sumitted, the said accused is currently detained at Malabon City Jail Male Dormitory for Violation of Sections 5 & 11, Art. II of RA 9165. Further validation conducted revealed that the above-named accused has another pending warrant of arrest.

 

In coordination with personnel of Malabon City Jail Male Dormitory, WSS operatives served the warrant of arrest issued against the accused for a crime of MURDER under Art. 248 of the Revised Penal Code docketed under criminal case number 21-170-MAL, with no bail recommended issued by honorable MA. ANTONIA LINSANGAN LARGOZA-CANTERO, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 291, Malabon City.

 

Meanwhile, on the same day, at around 9:10 PM, Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District under PCOL RAMCHRISEN V HAVERIA JR, Chief of Police also served a warrant of arrest to a wanted person during the conduct of Simultaneous Enhanced Management Police Operation (SEMPO) along Libiran Street, Malanday, Valenzuela City.

 

Reports showed that the arrested accused was identified as Joshua Matrimonio y Flores, male, 28 years old. He has a pending warrant of arrest for Violation of Revised Penal Code Article 336  for Acts of Lasciviousness with criminal case issued by Hon. TERESITA ASUNCION MAGSINO LACANDULA-RODRIGUEZ, Presiding Judge, Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 81, Valenzuela City.

 

Both of the arrested accused was apprised of their constitutional rights and brought to the respective police stations for proper documentation before returning to the court of origin.

SORSOGON’s TOP MOST WANTED PERSON ARRESTED IN QUEZON CITY

The National Capital Region Police Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR announced that the joint-operatives from Quezon City Police District Special Operations Unit, Gubat Municipal Police Station, Sorsogon Provincial Police Office, PRO5 and Provincial Intelligence Unit, Bataan Police Provincial Office, PRO3 for the successful manhunt operation conducted which led to the arrest of Gubat Municipal Police Station, Sorsogon Provincial Police Office Top Most Wanted Person.

According to the initial report that reached NCRPO, a service of warrant operation was conducted at about 7:30AM of May 6, 2021 along Violago Homes Subdivision, Brgy Batasan Hills, Quezon City which resulted to the arrest of Victor Espeña y Pelonia, 42 years old, car wash boy, with live-in partner, with postal address at Brgy. Gubat, Sorsogon.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Marion Jacquline P. Poblete, Pres Judge RTC Bataan Branch 3, Balanga City with CC No. 17417 for the crime of RAPE.

The accused was informed/appraised of his constitutional rights and is now under the custody of DSOU-QCPD for documentation pending the issuance of the commitment order from the court of origin.

TOP 4 MOST WANTED PERSON OF BATASAN POLICE, APPREHENDED

 

The Quezon City Police District through the elements of Batasan Police Station successfully arrested the Top 4 Most Wanted Person of their Police Station at about 4:00pm of May 4, 2021 at MMDA Outpost along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.

Reports from the station showed that the accused was identified as RENE B CINCO, Male, 41 years old, born on November 9, 1979, native of Manila, Single, MMDA Street sweeper and resident of No.45 Parrot Street Talanay, Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of RAPE docketed under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-18-07974-CR issued by HON. ANGELINE MARY W QUIMPO-SALE, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 106, Quezon City dated July 31, 2018 with NO BAIL Recommended for his temporary liberty.

The arrested person was apprised of his constitutional rights and brought at QCDFU office for appropriate documentation before the return of the warrant to the issuing court of origin.

TOP 9 MOST WANTED PERSON OF QCPD, COLLARED

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR., Regional Ditrector, NCRPO commends the operatives of Criminal Investigation and Detective Management Division, Warrant and Subpoena Section – Quezon City Police District under PBGEN ANTONIO C YARRA, District Director, for the successful service of warrant of arrest to the considered Top 1 Most Wanted Person of the Unit and Top 9 Most Wanted Person of QCPD.

The arrest ensued at around 1:00 PM on May 4, 2021 along Maginhawa St., Brgy. Sikatuna, Quezon City. The operatives served the warrant to ENRICO ROMAGUERA Y JACINTO.

The arrested accused has a pending warrant of arrest for the crime of RAPE docketed under CC # R-QZN-20-09162-63 dated December 21, 2020 with NO BAIL Recommended issued by Hon. HON Jose L Bautista JR, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 107, Quezon City.

Currently, the accused is under the custody of Warrant and Subpoena Section for proper disposition and documentation before returning to the court of origin.
