NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District for the successful arrest of Top 3 Regional Level Most Wanted Person of Police Regional Office 8 along Sto. Rosario Street, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City at around 11:45 AM on May 15, 2021.

The operation stemmed through joint operation of Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela CPS led by PLT ROBIN D SANTOS, Chief, WSS, together with Sub-Station 9 led by PLT DODDIE M AGUIRRE under the leadership of PCOL RAMCHRISEN VILLA HAVERIA JR, OIC, VCPS, PNP IG-ISOD, Regional Intelligence Unit PRO 8, 2nd Leyte PMFC, PIU Northern Samar PPO, 803rd MC RMFB PRO 8, and 4th MFC RMFB NCRPO.

Joint operatives served the warrant of arrest to the accused identified as Jose Gache y Florendo, male, 63 years old for the crime of RAPE in relation to RA 7610 under criminal case issued by Hon. Decoroso M Turla, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, Allen, Northern Samar, issued on December 16, 2013.

The accused was apprised of his constitutional rights during the arrest. He was brought to Valenzuela Medical Center for medical examination and subsequently turned-over to the Custodial Facility Unit Valenzuela City Police Station for proper disposition before returning to the court of origin.

Top 15 Most Wanted Person of PRO4A Arrested in Valenzuela City

 

 

In line with the intensified implementation of the Synchronized Enhanced Managing Police Operations (SEMPO), National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., commended the successful arrest of the TOP 15 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of PRO4A in the National Capital Region, on May 14, 2021 at about 12:30AM at Kaypadan St., Canumay West, Valenzuela City.

 

Based on the report,  joint operatives from Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela City Police Station led by PLT Robin D Santos, under the leadership of PCOL Ramchrisen V Haveria Jr, OIC, VCPS and operatives of Biñan City Police Station led by PLTCOL Giovanni S Martinez, COP, Biñan CPS served the Warrant of Arrest against the subject person for the crime of Murder and Robbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Person,  issued by a Regional Trial Court in Binan City, Laguna with no bail recommended.

 

Arrested accused was identified as Roscoe Alve y Magaling, male, 36 years old single, businessman and a resident of  Canumay West, Valenzuela City.  Alve was the suspect on the death of a 27 year old Call Center Agent in San Pedro Laguna in July 2020.

Following the surge of COVID-19 pandemic causing vast effect in the economy, major cities in Metro Manila suffered from insufficiency not just from food items but from other primary needs as well.

Towards this end, NCRPO, under the leadership of PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR took part in the simultaneous launching of the PNP-wide BARANGAYanihan Help and Food Bank project this 14th day of May, 2021 in front of NHQ Building, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City presided by no less than the PNP Chief himself, PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR.

NCRPO’s version of the BARANGAYanihan project was launched in the Multi-purpose Hall, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City on May 14, 2021 themed as Team NCRPO Serbisyong TAMA “BARANGAYanihan” Help & Food Bank. This endeavor aims to have readily available food supplies for distribution anytime in cases of emergencies.

94 Partners/Sponsors heed the call and donated around 40,797 pieces of goods 21,721 of which were food items valued around Php 5,417,211.28, 6,930 pieces of non-food items valued around Php 31,400.00 and 12,146 pieces of health kit items worth around Php 872,912.00 with a grand total of around Php 6,324,023.28 for all the donations received.

NCRPO Chief PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR appreciated the continuing support of stakeholders which led to the success of its projects and initiatives all geared to deliver Serbisyong TAMA: TApat may tapang at MAlasakit sa mamamayan.

“Nagpapasalamat po ako na marami pong tumugon voluntarily kahit hindi po namin kayo kilala. Nakakataba po ng puso. Kami po ay pawang instrumento lamang sa paghahatid ng tulong sa ating mga kababayan lalong lalo na po ngayong panahon ng pandemya. As a result, there are about 17,698 beneficiaries that benefitted from the program; 10,170 foodpacks and 6,835 health kits distributed; aside from the cash assistance of Php 7,500.00 given to the people.

Relatedly, benefiting from the activity during the Ceremonial Gift Giving and showcasing of items donated were selected beneficiaries from urban poor, TODA members of Taguig, Muslim Families of Taguig, Riles Residents of Taguig and Ybannag Families of Pateros Communities. ###

PNP CHIEF GEN ELEAZAR AND RD DANAO JOINT HANDS IN CELEBRATING EID’L FITR WITH THE MUSLIM COMMUNITIES

 

Marking the end of the month-long fasting during Ramadan, the Chief of the Philippine National Police, PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR spearheaded the Celebration of Eid’l Fit’r on May 13, 2021 at the Covered Court of Salam Community, Brgy. Culiat, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

 

PGEN ELEAZAR  together with NCRPO Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR led the distribution of food packs, health Kits and dressed chickens  to the Muslim community of Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City.

 

Chief PNP himself extended his gratitude to donor Engineer Danilo Baylon of Danway Philippines for donating a total of 2,000 dressed chickens for the benefit of the residents of the Barangay. He also expressed his elation as he recalled that years ago, Brgy Culiat was impenetrable. However, due to the willingness of the residents and leaders themselves to have peaceful area, said area is now a changed and transformed barangay where police and community are working together.

 

Meanwhile, PMGEN DANAO along with Team NCRPO also visited areas of Golden Mosque compound at Quiapo, Manila to visit the Muslim community and distribute food packs for them.

 

To this end, Muslim leaders thanked the NCRPO for celebrating with them this important day, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

QUEZON CITY-3 DRUG SUSPECTS ARRESTED ; MOL PHP100K WORTH OF SHABU RECOVERED

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of PS – 3 Talipapa, Quezon City Police District for a successful buy-bust operation which resulted in apprehension of 3 drug suspects along Brgy Balon Bato, Quezon City at around 8:45 PM on May 13, 2021.

Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested suspects were identified as:

a.) Wahid Adil y Bayaco a.k.a NAP, 29 years old;

b.) Rogie Bernardo y Ramos, 46 years old; and

c.) Jun Apuad y Constantino, 52 years old.

The operation stemmed in coordination with PDEA NCR were the joint operatives launched a buy-bust operation that resulted in confiscation of the following pieces of evidence:

a.) Six (6) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substance suspected as shabu;

b.) One (1) coin purse;

c.) One (1) piece 500 peso bill utilized as BuyBust money;

d.) One (1) cellular phone; and

e.) One (1) unit Motoposh motorcycle.

The items were duly marked and inventoried with the presence of Kagawad Rogelio Padua, Barangay Balon Bato, Quezon City and Media Representative Mr. Santiago Celario of Remate.

The confiscated illegal drugs has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 15 grams with DDB value amounting to PHP 102,000.00. It was turned over to PNP Crime Laboratory for confirmatory testing.

Meanwhile, the arrested suspects are in the custody of PS – 3 SDEU for proper disposition and documentation and pending filing appropriate charges for violation of RA 9165.

“Kahit nasa gitna tayo ng pandemya ay hindi pa din tumitigil ang ating mga kapulisan sa pagsasagawa ng mga operasyon kontra iligal na droga. Hindi kami mapapagod at magsasawa na aksyunan ang mga suplong sa mga taong patuloy na gumagamit at nagbebenta nito” PMGEN DANAO said.###

PHP 2.2 MILLION MARIJUANA KUSH ALONG WITH PHP 95K WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED BY NCRPO OPERATIVES

NCRPO Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR commends the anti illegal drug operations conducted by the operatives of the region on May 13, 2021 which led to the apprehension of drug suspects and seizure of suspected marijuana/kush worth more than PhP 2.2 Million and shabu worth PhP 95,000.

According to the reports submitted, joint operatives of Regional Intelligence Division- Regional Drug Enforcement Agency, Regional Special Operations Group, Taytay Municipal Police Station, Rizal Provincial Police Office supported by Taguig City Police Station and in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency conducted a buy-bust operation at about 2:30 pm of May 13, 2021 at No. 411 Kamala Building 4th Level, Royal Palm Residence Acacia Estates, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City.The operation stemmed from an information from a confidential informant regarding the illegal cultivation of Cannabis of the suspects. A week long surveillance on the house of the suspects revealed that they have been utilizing the house as a greenhouse of marijuana and kush.

Suspects were identified as:

1.) Raul Antonio Cisneros, Foreign National-Spanish, 36 years old, born on August 22, 1984 at Queens Village, New York, USA, Retired US AIR FORCE with common law wife and presently residing at Kamala Building 4th Level, Royal Palm Residence Acacia Estates, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City. He was previously arrested and charged for Sec. 5 and 11 of RA 9165 selling and possession of Ecstacy Tablets in July 20, 2019 by the operatives of Taguig CPS.

2.) Meljie Maquiling y Cuase, 28 years old, with common law husband, native of Brgy. Sibuling, Plaridel, Mizamis Occidental and presently residing at Kamala Building 4th Level, Royal Palm Residence Acacia Estates, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City.

Probe reveals that operatives with PDEA control 10001-052021-0311 arrested the suspects after selling three (3) pcs. of self sealed transparent plastic sachet containing dried Kush/Marijuana in exchange of marked money amounting to (Php 5,000.00).

Confiscated from their constructive possession were  pots of Marijuana and apparatuses :

1)Eight pcs. Of Marijuana in pots- 4 months old;

2) Forty Two (42) pcs. Of Marijuana in pots – 3 months old;

3) Thirty Three (33) pcs. Of Marijuana in pots 0 1 month old;

4) Fifty Four (54) pcs. Of Marijuana in pots – 2 weeks old;

5) Several apparatuses;

6) Five Thousand (Php 5,000.00) pesos Bill marked money.

An estimated value of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,226,000.00) of kush/marijuana was confiscated by the operatives.

Inventory of the pieces of evidence were witnessed by Kagawad Rachelle G Santos of Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City and Nolan Arriola of Leaders News.

The investigation further revealed that the arrested suspects have numerous connections and managed to supply several drug pushers within the area of Makati, Taguig and other areas of CALABARZON and nearby regions.

Meanwhile, in an earlier operation, Makati City Police Station also conducted a buy bust sting at No. 5449 Mayor Street, Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City at about 12:05 PM of May 13, 2021.

Suspects were identified as:

Yuuki Shimazu y Francisco@Ward, Filipino, male, single, jobless, 18

years old and resident of Barangay Pio Del Pilar Makati City;

Richmon Rubio y Madeja Tameng. Filipino, male, single, jobless, 46

years old, and resident of Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City; and

Montano Decena ll y Cong@Liit, Filipino, male, single, jobless.

years old and resident of No. Taylo St. Pio Del Pilar, Makati City.

Investigation disclosed that the Southern Drug Enforcement Unit and SIS operatives of the station arrested the suspects after posing as a buyer. The police poseur buyer was able to purchase one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu worth Php 500.00

Recovered from their possession are the following:

Three (3) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected Shabu.

One (1) piece self-sealing transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Kush.

One (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Kush.

One (1) piece pouch color sky blue.

One (1) piece of Php500. 00 bill. (Buy Bust Money).

The estimated weight of suspected illegal drugs (Shabu) is (14.1) grams with standard drug price of Php 95,880.00 and suspected Kush (4.2) grams with standard drug price of Php 5,040.00

Seized illegal drugs were turned over to the Crime Laboratory for confirmatory testing while all suspects are currently under the custody of authorities for investigation, proper documentation and disposition.

Subsequently, suspects were referred to prosecutor’s office for inquest proceedings relative to filling of charges for violation of Sec 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Sec 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) and Sec 16 (Cultivation or Culture of Plants Classified as Dangerous Drugs) under Art II of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

PMGEN DANAO commends the coordination among operating units which led to the confiscation of the large amount of Marijuana to include the shabu. “Malaking kawalan sa sirkulasyon ang pagkakahuli ng mga suspek na ito at makakaasa ang taumbayan na tuloy tuloy ang pagsugpo natin sa mga source ng iligal na droga,” ani pa niya.###

NCRPO’S BARANGAYANIHAN ROLLED-OUT IN 16 BARANGAYS IN METRO EAST

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. commends the initiative of the Eastern Police District under the supervision of PBGEN MATTHEW P BACCAY alongside with PCOL ROMAN C ARUGAY, OIC, Pasig CPS and PMAJ ERIC C CISTER, Assistant Chief DCADD for the simultaneous distribution of food packs to 16 barangays in Metro East who are  severely affected by the current health crisis. This is part of the Barangayanihan Project of PNP in coordination with Bless our Cops Ministry.

The said activity started at around 9:00 on May 13, 2021. Among the highlights of the activity includes the distribution of food packs and feeding program. To avoid the spread of COVID- 19, minimum health standard protocol was strictly observed such as wearing of face mask and physical distancing.

DCADD representative PMAJ RODELISA SAN BUENAVENTURA, Chief, WCPD EPD also administered a lecture to the participants about Anti-Criminality and COVID-19 Awareness, Violence Against Women and Children and Magna Carta for Women.

5 Top Most Wanted Persons Arrested in Manhunt Operations

NCRPO- PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., Regional Director, lauded the Tracker and Intelligence Teams of Cubao Police Station, personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of Taguig, Paranaque and Muntinlupa Police Stations, for the arrest of their Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP).

Based on the report, submitted to Regional Office, elements of the Tracker and Intelligence Team of Cubao Police Station, QCPD successfully arrested their Top 2 and Top 3 MWP at about 7:30AM on May 12, 2021 in Brgy., Poblacion 1, Mulanay, Quezon Province.

Arrested accused were identified as as Jerick Asia de Torres, 27 years old ranked Top 2 and Alvin Manalo, 35 years old, ranked Top 3 MWP. They were charged with cases of Attempted Homicide and Slight Physical injuries issued by the MTC Br.40, Quezon City.

Investigation reports disclosed that upon verification of the information received regarding the whereabouts of the subject persons and after coordination with Mulanay MPS and Catanauan MPS, Quezon Province, operatives immediately proceeded in the area to serve the WOA.

Meanwhile, Southern Police District under the leadership of PGBEN Jimili L Macaraeg, District Director commended the operatives of Taguig, Paranaque and Muntinlupa City Police Stations for their ceaseless effort that led to the arrest of their top most wanted persons on May 12, 2021.

In Taguig City at about 1:30PM operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section conducted a joint manhunt operation that resulted in the arrest of the listed Top 8 MWP, Station level identified as Joward Sesaldo y Gudio, 32 years old and a construction worker. He was arrested along Gen. Santos Ave., Lower Bicutan, Taguig City for the crime of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016).

Moreover, personnel of Paranaque Police Detective Unit arrested the No. 3 MWP of Paranaque City for the 2nd Quarter of CY 2021 identified as Mark Joseph Anosa y Rosendal, 18 years old and a resident of Area 7, Sitio Libjo, Brgy Sto Nino, Paranaque City. Anosa was arrested for the crime of Rape issued by a Regional Trial Court in Paranaque City with a recommended bail of PHP 200,000.00 for his temporary liberty.

Further, in Muntinlupa City, at about 1:00PM at #545 Purok 4, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City, elements of Warrant and Subpoena Unit, arrested their Top 15 of 20 MWP,identified as Archie Loraya alyas Arsenio Loraya Jr. y Ogania, 30 years old,male,single, construction worker and resident of the above mentioned address.

He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for crime of Qualified Carnapping under paragraph 2 Sec. 3 of RA 10883, otherwise known as the “New Anti-Carnapping Law” issued on January 20, 2020 with bail recommended of Php 300,000.00.

Upon arrest, all the accused were informed of the nature of their arrest and their Constitutional Right and are currently under the custody of the operating units for documentation and proper disposition.

RD Danao stated that, “The continuous and successful arrests of most wanted persons in the region is the result of Team NCRPO’s active campaign against criminality. It is a clear indication that your police force is doing their job well in going against all persons sought by law despite the dangers of this current pandemic.” ###

Promoted to the next higher rank were the Acting Chief, DLD QCPD, now Police Colonel CAMLON P NASDOMAN together with the Chief, DEU MPD now Police Lieutenant Colonel DIONELLE E BRANNON, the assistant Chief, DID SPD now Police Lieutenant Colonel ELIZALDY O MATULAC and the assistant Chief, DOPD NPD now Police Lieutenant Colonel FREDDIE WEBB P MERCADO.

DILG MOST WANTED PERSON IN NCR ARRESTED IN PASIG

NCRPO- PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR , Regional Director, NCRPO commends the joint efforts of Counter Intelligence Division- Intelligence Group) (CID-IG), Station Intelligence Unit, District Intelligence Division of EPD and Pasig Police Station which led to the successful arrest of an accused listed in DILG Wanted Person in NCR at about 7:40 PM of May 10, 2021 along Market Ave., Brgy. Palatiw, Pasig City

Reports from the station disclosed that the accused was identified as Jimboy O Selma @ Jame Boy O Selma, 38 years old, baker and a resident of Sitio Niogan, Masagana St., Brgy Sta. Ana, Pateros , Metro Manila.

Further, the joint elements of CID-IG of Camp Crame, DID , SIS and S3 of Pasig CPPS successfully arrested the accused by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by HON. ISAGANI A. GERONIMO, Presiding Judge of RTC NCJR Br. 262, Pateros City for the crime of “Murder” with monetary reward of Php 135,000.00.

Selma was informed of the nature of his arrest and apprised him of his Constitutional Rights by reading the Miranda Doctrine in a dialect known and understood by him. He is now under the custody of the station for further investigation and documentation before the return of the warrant to the issuing court of origin.
