He was accorded with an arrival honors by the men and women of NCRPO and was recieved by PCOL ROMMEL BERNARDO ABREA CABAGNOT, Acting Chief of Regional Staff as the Police host on December 7, 2020 at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City.
PBGEN YARRA was formerly the Deputy Regional Director For Administration of PRO 4A CALABARZON. He significantly contributed to the fulfillment of its mission and served with utmost professionalism. His invaluable sevice to PRO 4A was highlighted during the Send Off Ceremony prepared by the region.
With his proven record of excellence leadership and dynamic skills, he was entrusted to be one among the leaders of the NCRPO towards gaining more accomplishments for Metro Manila. ###
The National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, Acting Regional Director PBGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR graced the traditional Monday Flag Raising, Launching of National Human Rights Consciousness Week and Awarding Ceremonies this 7th day of December, 2020 at NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.
In celebration of the National Human Rights and Consciousness Week and the 72nd Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, TEAM NCRPO welcomed the presence of the Guest of Honor and Speaker Mr. Cesar V Areza, Chairman and CEO of Areza Development and Marketing Corporation.
Mr. Areza is the generous donor of the container van amounting to PHP 2,800,000.00 which gives way to the realization of NCRPO’s isolation facility which was inaugurated last November 28, 2020.
On his message, he acknowledged the vital role of police officers as front liners during this time of pandemic. He also inspired them to try to invest in business ventures and not only to rely in the current job position as a back-up plan when they reached the retirement age.
PBGEN DANAO stated “Sa ngalan ng buong TEAM NCRPO kami ay taos pusong nagpapasalamat kay Mr. Areza sa kanyang donasyong container van na malaking tulong para sa ating mga kapulisan at tauhan na nagpositibo sa COVID-19. Sana ay hindi magsawa ang mga taong kagaya niya sa pagsuporta at pagtulong sa ating mga kapulisan upang mas lalo pa tayong makapagbigay ng dekalidad na serbisyo publiko.”
In recognition of selfless devotion to duty and unwavering loyalty to service with the Philippine National Police, National Capital Region Police Office, Acting Regional Director, PBGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR together with the Chief of the Philippine National, PGEN DEBOLD M SINAS as Guest of Honor and Speaker presided the retirement honors for PBGEN JOHNSON C ALMAZAN, District Director of the Eastern Police District on November 18, 2020 at the NCRPO Hinirang Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City.
During his valedictory address, PBGEN ALMAZAN conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to his loved ones and family for their understanding and support during his 31 years of military and police service. He also extended his appreciation to all the men and women of EPD whom he had worked with for more than a year.
Meanwhile, CPNP PGEN SINAS thank the efforts and hard works of PBGEN ALMAZAN in leading the Eastern Police District. He also recognized the meritorious leadership of PBGEN ALMAZAN particularly the Hostage taking incident that transpired in a mall in San Juan City which the Chief,PNP described as the very tense highlight of his career as NCRPO Chief.
Moreover, PBGEN DANAO expressed his appreciation to PBGEN ALMAZAN and acknowledged the contributions of the Eastern Police District to the noteworthy accomplishments of Team NCRPO. ###

The Acting Regional Director of National Capital Region Police Office, PBGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR, administered the Oath-taking Ceremony of the 12 newly appointed Patrolman and Patrolwoman Batch 20-04 on November 17, 2020 infront of Regional Headquarters, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.The newly recruits have sworn to serve the public with honor, justice and integrity anchored PNP’s Core Values. They were turned over to the National Capital Region Training Center (NCRTC) to undergo the Public Safety Basic Recruit Course (PSBRC) for six months.
The National Capital Region Police Office under the helm of PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS held the first Virtual Moving up Ceremony of the students enrolled in NCRPO Bahay Bulilit Day Care Center attended by PBGEN FLORENCIO T ORTILLA, CRS,NCRPO today, June 08, 2020 (Monday) at 2 PM at the NCRPO Conference Room, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.
The NCRPO Bahay Bulilit day-care center serves as the venue in which men and women of the NCRPO and their children can have fun together. It is also a place for the children to enjoy learning while being supervised by the best teachers and police officers rolled into one.
Meanwhile, the virtual moving up ceremony is part of the continuous precautionary measures being conducted by the NCRPO against the spread of CoViD-19 Pandemic. Recognizing the brilliant young minds and acknowledging the very first milestone they have achieved in their honing years without prejudicing their health and safety.

OCTOBER 26, 2019 Quezon City-The Acting Regional Director of NCRPO PBGEN DEBOLD M SINAS had his Command Visit in Quezon City Police District (QCPD) this morning in Camp P/MGen Tomas B Karingal, Quezon City . Along with him were the NCRPO Command Group and Regional Staff who were received and welcomed by the newly installed District Director, PCOL RONNIE S MONTEJO.
During the course of the visit he stressed his oversight to the Police Trainees and Field Training Officers undergoing their Field Training Exercise within the jurisdiction of QCPD. These 32 FTOs and 133 FTP-OJT also underwent a surprise Random Drug Test conducted by the PNP CRIME LAB.

The National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR graced NCRPO’s Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremonies along with the Turn-over of Donated Tools and Equipment with PNP Training Service (PNPTS) Director, PBGEN REY LYNDON T LAWAS this morning.
Awarded during the ceremonies were elements of NCRPO who represented the PNP as delegates in the World Police and Fire Games held in the City of Chengdu, China on August 8 to 19, 2019.
The World Police and Fire Games, dubbed as the Olympics for Law Enforcers, served as an opportunity for NCRPO and the rest of the PNP athletes to showcase their competence in sports and to develop camaraderie with foreign counterparts.
