NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District for the successful arrest of Top 3 Regional Level Most Wanted Person of Police Regional Office 8 along Sto. Rosario Street, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City at around 11:45 AM on May 15, 2021.

The operation stemmed through joint operation of Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela CPS led by PLT ROBIN D SANTOS, Chief, WSS, together with Sub-Station 9 led by PLT DODDIE M AGUIRRE under the leadership of PCOL RAMCHRISEN VILLA HAVERIA JR, OIC, VCPS, PNP IG-ISOD, Regional Intelligence Unit PRO 8, 2nd Leyte PMFC, PIU Northern Samar PPO, 803rd MC RMFB PRO 8, and 4th MFC RMFB NCRPO.

Joint operatives served the warrant of arrest to the accused identified as Jose Gache y Florendo, male, 63 years old for the crime of RAPE in relation to RA 7610 under criminal case issued by Hon. Decoroso M Turla, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, Allen, Northern Samar, issued on December 16, 2013.

The accused was apprised of his constitutional rights during the arrest. He was brought to Valenzuela Medical Center for medical examination and subsequently turned-over to the Custodial Facility Unit Valenzuela City Police Station for proper disposition before returning to the court of origin.

QUEZON CITY-3 DRUG SUSPECTS ARRESTED ; MOL PHP100K WORTH OF SHABU RECOVERED

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of PS – 3 Talipapa, Quezon City Police District for a successful buy-bust operation which resulted in apprehension of 3 drug suspects along Brgy Balon Bato, Quezon City at around 8:45 PM on May 13, 2021.

Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested suspects were identified as:

a.) Wahid Adil y Bayaco a.k.a NAP, 29 years old;

b.) Rogie Bernardo y Ramos, 46 years old; and

c.) Jun Apuad y Constantino, 52 years old.

The operation stemmed in coordination with PDEA NCR were the joint operatives launched a buy-bust operation that resulted in confiscation of the following pieces of evidence:

a.) Six (6) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substance suspected as shabu;

b.) One (1) coin purse;

c.) One (1) piece 500 peso bill utilized as BuyBust money;

d.) One (1) cellular phone; and

e.) One (1) unit Motoposh motorcycle.

The items were duly marked and inventoried with the presence of Kagawad Rogelio Padua, Barangay Balon Bato, Quezon City and Media Representative Mr. Santiago Celario of Remate.

The confiscated illegal drugs has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 15 grams with DDB value amounting to PHP 102,000.00. It was turned over to PNP Crime Laboratory for confirmatory testing.

Meanwhile, the arrested suspects are in the custody of PS – 3 SDEU for proper disposition and documentation and pending filing appropriate charges for violation of RA 9165.

PHP 2.2 MILLION MARIJUANA KUSH ALONG WITH PHP 95K WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED BY NCRPO OPERATIVES

NCRPO Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR commends the anti illegal drug operations conducted by the operatives of the region on May 13, 2021 which led to the apprehension of drug suspects and seizure of suspected marijuana/kush worth more than PhP 2.2 Million and shabu worth PhP 95,000.

According to the reports submitted, joint operatives of Regional Intelligence Division- Regional Drug Enforcement Agency, Regional Special Operations Group, Taytay Municipal Police Station, Rizal Provincial Police Office supported by Taguig City Police Station and in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency conducted a buy-bust operation at about 2:30 pm of May 13, 2021 at No. 411 Kamala Building 4th Level, Royal Palm Residence Acacia Estates, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City.The operation stemmed from an information from a confidential informant regarding the illegal cultivation of Cannabis of the suspects. A week long surveillance on the house of the suspects revealed that they have been utilizing the house as a greenhouse of marijuana and kush.

Suspects were identified as:

1.) Raul Antonio Cisneros, Foreign National-Spanish, 36 years old, born on August 22, 1984 at Queens Village, New York, USA, Retired US AIR FORCE with common law wife and presently residing at Kamala Building 4th Level, Royal Palm Residence Acacia Estates, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City. He was previously arrested and charged for Sec. 5 and 11 of RA 9165 selling and possession of Ecstacy Tablets in July 20, 2019 by the operatives of Taguig CPS.

2.) Meljie Maquiling y Cuase, 28 years old, with common law husband, native of Brgy. Sibuling, Plaridel, Mizamis Occidental and presently residing at Kamala Building 4th Level, Royal Palm Residence Acacia Estates, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City.

Probe reveals that operatives with PDEA control 10001-052021-0311 arrested the suspects after selling three (3) pcs. of self sealed transparent plastic sachet containing dried Kush/Marijuana in exchange of marked money amounting to (Php 5,000.00).

Confiscated from their constructive possession were  pots of Marijuana and apparatuses :

1)Eight pcs. Of Marijuana in pots- 4 months old;

2) Forty Two (42) pcs. Of Marijuana in pots – 3 months old;

3) Thirty Three (33) pcs. Of Marijuana in pots 0 1 month old;

4) Fifty Four (54) pcs. Of Marijuana in pots – 2 weeks old;

5) Several apparatuses;

6) Five Thousand (Php 5,000.00) pesos Bill marked money.

An estimated value of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,226,000.00) of kush/marijuana was confiscated by the operatives.

Inventory of the pieces of evidence were witnessed by Kagawad Rachelle G Santos of Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City and Nolan Arriola of Leaders News.

The investigation further revealed that the arrested suspects have numerous connections and managed to supply several drug pushers within the area of Makati, Taguig and other areas of CALABARZON and nearby regions.

Meanwhile, in an earlier operation, Makati City Police Station also conducted a buy bust sting at No. 5449 Mayor Street, Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City at about 12:05 PM of May 13, 2021.

Suspects were identified as:

Yuuki Shimazu y Francisco@Ward, Filipino, male, single, jobless, 18

years old and resident of Barangay Pio Del Pilar Makati City;

Richmon Rubio y Madeja Tameng. Filipino, male, single, jobless, 46

years old, and resident of Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City; and

Montano Decena ll y Cong@Liit, Filipino, male, single, jobless.

years old and resident of No. Taylo St. Pio Del Pilar, Makati City.

Investigation disclosed that the Southern Drug Enforcement Unit and SIS operatives of the station arrested the suspects after posing as a buyer. The police poseur buyer was able to purchase one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu worth Php 500.00

Recovered from their possession are the following:

Three (3) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected Shabu.

One (1) piece self-sealing transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Kush.

One (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Kush.

One (1) piece pouch color sky blue.

One (1) piece of Php500. 00 bill. (Buy Bust Money).

The estimated weight of suspected illegal drugs (Shabu) is (14.1) grams with standard drug price of Php 95,880.00 and suspected Kush (4.2) grams with standard drug price of Php 5,040.00

Seized illegal drugs were turned over to the Crime Laboratory for confirmatory testing while all suspects are currently under the custody of authorities for investigation, proper documentation and disposition.

Subsequently, suspects were referred to prosecutor’s office for inquest proceedings relative to filling of charges for violation of Sec 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Sec 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) and Sec 16 (Cultivation or Culture of Plants Classified as Dangerous Drugs) under Art II of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

PMGEN DANAO commends the coordination among operating units which led to the confiscation of the large amount of Marijuana to include the shabu. “Malaking kawalan sa sirkulasyon ang pagkakahuli ng mga suspek na ito at makakaasa ang taumbayan na tuloy tuloy ang pagsugpo natin sa mga source ng iligal na droga,” ani pa niya.###

5 Top Most Wanted Persons Arrested in Manhunt Operations

NCRPO- PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., Regional Director, lauded the Tracker and Intelligence Teams of Cubao Police Station, personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of Taguig, Paranaque and Muntinlupa Police Stations, for the arrest of their Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP).

Based on the report, submitted to Regional Office, elements of the Tracker and Intelligence Team of Cubao Police Station, QCPD successfully arrested their Top 2 and Top 3 MWP at about 7:30AM on May 12, 2021 in Brgy., Poblacion 1, Mulanay, Quezon Province.

Arrested accused were identified as as Jerick Asia de Torres, 27 years old ranked Top 2 and Alvin Manalo, 35 years old, ranked Top 3 MWP. They were charged with cases of Attempted Homicide and Slight Physical injuries issued by the MTC Br.40, Quezon City.

Investigation reports disclosed that upon verification of the information received regarding the whereabouts of the subject persons and after coordination with Mulanay MPS and Catanauan MPS, Quezon Province, operatives immediately proceeded in the area to serve the WOA.

Meanwhile, Southern Police District under the leadership of PGBEN Jimili L Macaraeg, District Director commended the operatives of Taguig, Paranaque and Muntinlupa City Police Stations for their ceaseless effort that led to the arrest of their top most wanted persons on May 12, 2021.

In Taguig City at about 1:30PM operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section conducted a joint manhunt operation that resulted in the arrest of the listed Top 8 MWP, Station level identified as Joward Sesaldo y Gudio, 32 years old and a construction worker. He was arrested along Gen. Santos Ave., Lower Bicutan, Taguig City for the crime of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016).

Moreover, personnel of Paranaque Police Detective Unit arrested the No. 3 MWP of Paranaque City for the 2nd Quarter of CY 2021 identified as Mark Joseph Anosa y Rosendal, 18 years old and a resident of Area 7, Sitio Libjo, Brgy Sto Nino, Paranaque City. Anosa was arrested for the crime of Rape issued by a Regional Trial Court in Paranaque City with a recommended bail of PHP 200,000.00 for his temporary liberty.

Further, in Muntinlupa City, at about 1:00PM at #545 Purok 4, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City, elements of Warrant and Subpoena Unit, arrested their Top 15 of 20 MWP,identified as Archie Loraya alyas Arsenio Loraya Jr. y Ogania, 30 years old,male,single, construction worker and resident of the above mentioned address.

He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for crime of Qualified Carnapping under paragraph 2 Sec. 3 of RA 10883, otherwise known as the “New Anti-Carnapping Law” issued on January 20, 2020 with bail recommended of Php 300,000.00.

Upon arrest, all the accused were informed of the nature of their arrest and their Constitutional Right and are currently under the custody of the operating units for documentation and proper disposition.

RD Danao stated that, “The continuous and successful arrests of most wanted persons in the region is the result of Team NCRPO’s active campaign against criminality. It is a clear indication that your police force is doing their job well in going against all persons sought by law despite the dangers of this current pandemic.” ###

SUSPECT FOR QUALIFIED THEFT NABBED IN ENTRAPMENT OPS

 

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR, lauded another prompt response of the Regional Special Operations Group- RID, NCRPO led by PMAJ ARNEL L BAUTISTA, under the supervision of PLTCOL MELVIN MONTANTE, Chief, RSOG in the apprehension of an employee for Qualified Theft thru Falsification at about 1:00pm of May 10, 2021 inside the Office of Starkson Realty Inc., 255 Katipunan Ave. California Village, San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Said operation stemmed from the complaint of Starkson Realty Inc, wherein suspect allegedly entered a deal with JET Enterprises Inc. to purchase 800 cubic meters of G1 gravel at Php 1,950.00/cu/m with a total amount of Php 1,560,000.00 contrary to original price of Php 1,150.00/Cu/m.

Taking cognizance of the report, the RSOG-RID operatives immediately launched an entrapment operation against EDISON M TANDIAMA, employee (Senior Buyer) of the Company and a resident of Blk 19, Lot 37 Area D Purok 9, Sta. Cruz, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Upon receipt of the entrapment money amounting to PhP1,560,000.00 , the operatives made the arrest.

Furthermore, during the post audit report, the company found out that Tadiama thru abuse of trust and confidence was able to defraud the company for his personal gain of more or less Php 1,000,000.00 by over pricing the supposed needed construction materials.

Suspect is now under the custody of RSOG for documentation and proper disposition.

The NCRPO Regional Director reiterated his warning to criminals and further encouraged the public to immediately report to the police any suspicion of illegal and unlawful acts. “Binabalaan namin ang mga mapagsamantala, kayo ay hindi makakapagtago sapagkat katuwang namin ang publiko sa pag huli, at pag expose ng inyong mga aktibidades,” said PMGEN DANAO.###

2 MOST WANTED PERSONS OF QCPD NABBED

 

The National Capital Region Police Office under the leadership of its Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR intensified their campaign against wanted persons hiding in the Metro.

In line with this, the Top 5 Most Wanted Person of Quezon City Police District- Cubao Police Station was successfully apprehended at about 11:00 am of May 8, 2021 at No. 7 37 Miami St., Brgy Silangan , Cubao, Quezon City.

The accused was identified as Eloisa C Cabuñag, female, 20 years old, single, high school graduate, jobless, and residing at Miami St., Brgy. Silangan, Cubao, Quezon City

She was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by HON. LILY ANN M. PADAEN, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 13, Quezon City dated February 5, 2020 for a crime of Theft under Art. 308 of the Revised Penal Code. The case was docketed under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-10-01373-CR with a fixed bail of Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00) for her temporary liberty.

Meanwhile, another most wanted person of Batasan Police Station was nabbed at about 12:15 PM of May 8,2021 a t Bangus Ville Bonuan Gueset , Dagupan City.

Accused was identified as Marlon M Capilitan, male, 44 years old.

Investigation disclosed that operatives of Batasan Police, and personnel of 5th MFC- Regional Mobile Force Battalion Intel Operatives successfully served the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. MILY ANN M.PADAEN Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 13 Family Court, Quezon City docketed under Criminal Case No.20-06625 with bail recommended of Php.200,000.00.

The arrested persons are under the custody of the station for documentation and proper disposition prior the turn-over to the court of origin

Php 68 MILLION WORTH SHABU SEIZED IN PARAÑAQUE

NCRPO- PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. extols the joint operatives of PDEA RO-NCR EDO as the lead unit, Parañaque City Police Station and Sub-Station 3 under the over all supervision of PCOL MAXIMO F SEBASTIAN JR, Chief of Police for a successful buy-bust operation which resulted in the confiscation of more or less 10 kls of suspected shabu along Ninoy Aquino Ave., Brgy. Sto. Nino, Paranñaque City at around 7:00 PM on May 7, 2021.

Based on the report submitted, the information regarding the suspect was provided by PDEA-NCR. The joint operatives immediately arranged a buy-bust operation. One of the PDEA operatives acted as a poseur and was able to purchased a suspected shabu to the suspect.

Following the consummation of the transaction a pre-arranged signal was made that eventually led in the arrest of the suspect.

Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested suspect was identified as Ralel Barauntong y Salic aka Boss, 29 years old.

Seized from his possession and control are the following pieces of evidence:

1. More or less 10 kilos of suspected SHABU with DDB value amounting to Php 68 million pesos;

2. One (1) Nokia analog phone;

3. One (1) gray Chevrolet Opra bearing plate no. ZMX 519; and

4. 10 Bundles of boodle money with one (1) genuine 1,000-peso bill on top of bundle boodle money with serial no. MG444582.

Currently, the arrested suspect is in custody of PDEA NCR for proper disposition and while appropriate charges for violation of RA 9165 is being readied against him.

NO.1 MOST WANTED IN LAS PINAS ARRESTED

NCRPO- PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., commended the joint elements of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and Station Investigation Section of Las Pinas City Police Station under PCOL RODEL A PASTOR, Chief of Police for the successful arrest of their Top One Most Wanted Person for the 2nd Quarter CY 2021 on May 7,2021 at about 4:30PM infront of a fast food restaurant along Alabang-Zapote Road, Pamplona 3, Las Pinas City.

Investigation reports disclosed that the accused Mark Anthony Abad y Naval was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for two counts of rape issued by Regional Trial Court in Las Pinas City on January 21, 2021 with no bail recommended.

Accused is currently detained at the Station Custodial Facility of the said police station for documentation and proper disposition.

“ We will not cease our intensified manhunt operations on all persons with standing warrants of arrest. I have directed our tracker teams to locate, arrest and put them behind bars.” RD Danao said. ###

CHINESE NATIONAL RESCUED DURING AN ALLEGED KIDNAP FOR RANSOM INCIDENT IN PARAÑAQUE

 

Two Chinese Nationals and four (4) Filipino Citizens were arrested by the operatives of Parañaque City Police Station under the supervision of PCOL MAXIMO F SEBASTIAN JR, Chief of Police at about 9:00 pm of May 7, 2021 at 19th floor Washington Tower, Marina Bay, Brgy. Don Galo, Parañaque City for Alleged Kidnapping for Ransom.

The NCRPO Chief PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr commends the swift response of Parañaque Sub Station 3 upon receipt of a report of suspected illegal detention from two Chinese complainants.

According to them, their friend was illegally detained and they were unable to determine how many suspects were at the 19th Floor of Washington Tower Marina Bay, Brgy. Don Galo, Parañaque City.

Wasting no time, elements of Sub-station 3 in coordination with Brgy. Don Galo Duty Ex-O Anthony Buben Casen and Duty Security Guards, went to the 19th floor of said building. There and then, operatives were able to rescue the kidnap victim, one Li Le Le, Chinese National, 20 years old, single, POGO Customer Service and a resident of Bayport West Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City.

Arrested six suspects were:

1. Chen Shiduan, 47 years old, in Fujian, Chinese national, married, chef and a resident Washington Tower, Barangay Don Galo, Parañaque City;

2. Chen Lianxing, 37 years old, born in China, Chinese National, married, chef and a resident of Reina Regente Street, Binondo, Manila;

3. Joseph C Cardona, 52 years old, born in Manila, male, married, driver and a resident of Batasan Hills, Quezon City;

4. Benidecto S Manicad, 48 years old, born in Malolos, male, married, maintenance, resident of Purok 3, Barangay Santor, Malolos Bulacan;

5. Raphael Q Milanag, 37 years old, born in Cam Sur, married, company driver and a resident of Barangay San Antonio, Sto Tomas, Batangas,and

6. Nida D Bagtas , 49 years, born in Samar, married, helper, and resident of C-2 Capulong Road, Barangay 108, Tondo, Manila.

The suspects are now under the custody of the station for documentation, investigation and proper disposition. Meanwhile, continued follow-up operation is being conducted for the arrest of other suspects.

QCPD NETS MOST WANTED; BUENAFE GANG MEMBER ARRESTED

The National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR lauds the intensified campaign of QCPD to arrest wanted persons in their areas of responsibility thereby resulting to the apprehension of the No.1 Most Wanted Person of Cubao Police Station (PS 7) and One member of BUENAFE CRIMINAL GROUP.

According to the initial report, at about 9:30 AM of May 7, 2021, elements of the Quezon City Police Ditrict Cubao Police Station (PS 7) Tracker and Intelligence Unit in coordination with Catanauan Police Station  and 3rd Platoon, 2nd Quezon Provincial Mobile Force Company served a warrant of arrest against the accused who was identified as AISER KHADE REN ESBER PINEDA, 21 years old (DOB: June 23, 1999), male, single, high school under graduate, jobless, native of Bulan, Sorsogon and residing at Brgy. San Antonio, Pala, Catanauan, Quezon.

He was wanted for the crime of Attempted Homicide and Slight Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case No. 18-01991-92.

Meanwhile, at about 10:15 PM of May 6, 2021, elements of Galas Police Station (PS 11) served a warrant of arrest for attempted homicide against one member of BUENAFE CRIMINAL GROUP  who was later identified as SAIREN BALANA y DAACO, male, single, 25 years old (DOB: June 9, 1995) Construction Worker, and a resident of No. 629 G Araneta Avenue Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City.

The success of the intensified campaign to arrest wanted persons resulted from a series of casing and surveillance operations conducted by our police units with the active support of Barangay Information Networks and other concerned members of the community.
