REGION’S WANTED PERSONS APPREHENDED BY NCRPO UNITS

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR acknowledge the unyielding efforts of NCRPO operatives which led to the arrest of wanted persons on April 19, 2021.

In an operation in Quezon City, Oplan Pagtugis was hatched which resulted in the arrest of DI-Listed National Level Most Wanted Person with P140,000.00 monetary reward for his arrest covered under DILG Memorandum Circular 2021-022 dated March 14, 2021.

Acccused, HAJI DELA ROSA y OCZON alias “GIL”,34 years old, married, restaurant worker, and resident of No. 414 Tengco St., Brgy. 106, Pasay City was arrested on April 19, 2021 at 8:30 PM at Tengco St., Brgy. 106, Pasay City

Accordingly, Detectives of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-DSOU (lead) together with operatives of Aklan PPO Tracker Team, PCP 4 of Pasay City Police Station and Masambong Police Station (PS-2) of QCPD Intel and follow up operatives successfully serve the Order of Arrest for RAPE dated April 4, 2019 issued by HON. BIENVENIDO P. BARRIOS JR., Presiding Judge, 6th Judicial Region, RTC Branch 3, Kalibo, Aklan docketed under Criminal Case No. 14773 with NO BAIL recommended.

Arrested person was brought to CIDG-DSOU Hqs for documentation and custody awaiting the issuance of Commitment Order from the Court

In another operation in Quezon City, one (1) Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management List Most Wanted Person was arrested at about 5:45PM of April 19, 2021 at no. 131, Road8, Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City.

Accused was identified as RICHARD P ROY male, single, resident of Road8, Brgy. Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City.

Cited on the reports, elements of PS 15 apprehended Roy by virtue of WOA issued by Presiding Judge JAIME FORTUNATO A. CARINGAL, RTC Br. 278, Mandaluyong City with criminal case no. R-MND-19-02240-CR, Robbery with fixed recommended bail of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000).

He is now under the custody of the station pending proper disposition of the honorable court of QUEZON City.

In Tondo Manila, the Top 1 Most Wanted Person, 2nd Quarter, station level, was arrested at about 2:30 pm of the same date by the elements of Smokey Mountain Precinct and Raxabago Station Warrant Section.

Reports showed that the suspect was identified as ROMMEL BAYARCAL, 27 years old, single, vendor and presently residing at Bldg. 20 Temporary housing Aroma Compound, Brgy. 105, Zone 8, District I, Tondo, Manila.

Investigation disclosed that operatives successfully nabbed the accused along Bldg. 20 Temporary housing Aroma Compound, Brgy. 105, Zone 8, District I, Tondo, Manila. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. FELICITAS LARON-CADINDIN, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 17, Manila City for crime the of MURDER with Criminal Case No. R-MNL-20-09230-CR issue dated December 1, 2020 with no bail recommended.

Arrested person was apprised of his constitutional rights but opted to remain silent and likewise brought to the nearest hospital for medical examination.

Meanwhile, the Regional Mobile Force Battalion led the arrest of a wanted person at Milano Homes Magsaysay Road San Pedro, Laguna at about: 8:45 PM April 19, 2021.

Accused was identified as Mark Anthony A Tarog, Married, Security Guard, residing at PLot 16 Southville 3 NHA Brgy Poblacion Muntinlupa City.

The operation was launched after a week-long surveillance and social media exploitation which found out the positive hiding place of the accused at the Vacant Lot of Milano Homes Magsaysay Road San Pedro Laguna.

Investigation revealed that Joint operation conducted by the Intel Operatives of 1st MFC RMFB together with F2- RMFB, Regional Intelligence Division NCRPO, Muntinlupa CPS Intelligence Section and Imus CPS Warrant and Subpoena Section successfully served and effected the arrest of Tarog by virtue of Warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Gener M Gito, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 206 (Muntinlupa City) for Frustrated Murder RPC Art 248 with Criminal Case No. 21-206 With Bail Recommended of Php 200,000.00.

The said accused was informed/apprised of his constitutional rights and now under custody of the NCRPO Operating Units for documentation and proper disposition.

PMGEN DANAO was elated with the succeeding apprehension of wanted persons. He commended the good coordination among units; thus, successful operations were conducted.

“Patutunayan natin sa mga wanted sa batas na mahahanap at mahahanap sila ng Team NCRPO saan man sila magtago sa bansa. Sa pagsusumikap ng kapulisan sa buong bayan, mahuhuli at mahuhuli ang mga wanted sa batas,” said PMGEN DANAO.###
