The National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS applauds Pasig City Police Station, Eastern Police District for the successful arrest of Pasig’s Top 1 Most Wanted person along One Lane St., Brgy San Miguel Pasig City at around 11:30 AM of October 17, 2020.
The arrest ensued after a report provided by an informant about the location of the said accused. Subsequently, Intelligence Unit of Pasig City Police Station conducted surveillance and monitoring to confirm the received information. After 3 weeks of monitoring, the operatives were able to confirm the location of the said accused and successfully served the warrant of arrest.
Initial report showed that the arrested accused was identified as Jayvee Tejada y Basit, 20 years old, jobless, and a resident of Blk 5, Kabisig St., Floodway, Cainta Rizal.
The above-mentioned suspect has a pending warrant of arrest issued by Hon. CARMENCITA VP. LACANDAZO LOGAN RTC Branch 12, Pasig City for the crime of Murder in relation to Section 5(a) of Republic Act No. 8369 docketed under Criminal Case number R-PSG-19-03362-CR .
The arrested accused was apprised of his constitutional rights and presently detained in Pasig City Police Station Facility Detention Cell for proper documentation while a copy of Warrant of Arrest will be returned to the court of origin for proper disposition.
