NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT’S TWO MOST WANTED PERSONS, ARRESTED ON THE SAME DAY

 

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds Warrant and Subpoena Section, Malabon City Police Station, Northern Police District under the supervision of PCOL JOEL VILLANUEVA, Chief of Police for the successful service of warrant of arrest to No. 2 Most Wanted Person of the Station on May 6, 2021 at about 3:45 PM at Malabon City Jail, BJMP, Malabon City.

 

Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested accused was identified as Geomarie Amper y Viñas, 29 years old.

 

Based on the report sumitted, the said accused is currently detained at Malabon City Jail Male Dormitory for Violation of Sections 5 & 11, Art. II of RA 9165. Further validation conducted revealed that the above-named accused has another pending warrant of arrest.

 

In coordination with personnel of Malabon City Jail Male Dormitory, WSS operatives served the warrant of arrest issued against the accused for a crime of MURDER under Art. 248 of the Revised Penal Code docketed under criminal case number 21-170-MAL, with no bail recommended issued by honorable MA. ANTONIA LINSANGAN LARGOZA-CANTERO, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 291, Malabon City.

 

Meanwhile, on the same day, at around 9:10 PM, Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District under PCOL RAMCHRISEN V HAVERIA JR, Chief of Police also served a warrant of arrest to a wanted person during the conduct of Simultaneous Enhanced Management Police Operation (SEMPO) along Libiran Street, Malanday, Valenzuela City.

 

Reports showed that the arrested accused was identified as Joshua Matrimonio y Flores, male, 28 years old. He has a pending warrant of arrest for Violation of Revised Penal Code Article 336  for Acts of Lasciviousness with criminal case issued by Hon. TERESITA ASUNCION MAGSINO LACANDULA-RODRIGUEZ, Presiding Judge, Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 81, Valenzuela City.

 

Both of the arrested accused was apprised of their constitutional rights and brought to the respective police stations for proper documentation before returning to the court of origin.

 

“Ang kapulisan ng NCRPO ay buong pwersang naglilingkod sa inyo upang tuluyan ng mahuli ang mga kriminal na gaya ng dalawang ito na na nakakalaya pa rin sa batas. Makakaasa kayong gagawin namin ang lahat upang maikulong at mapagbayaran nila ang mga krimen na kanilang ginawa.” PMGEN DANAO said.###
