NCRPO’s Mobile Kusina, Tele-eskwela at Barangayanihan and OPLAN Vibes (Virtual Bisita Eskwela) Rolls On

The NCRPO Mobile Kusina, Tele-eskwela at Barangayanihan and OPLAN Vibes (Virtual Bisita Eskwela) reaches out to the urban poor in Barangay 629, Sta Mesa, Manila on July 10, 2021.

The event was spearheaded by PCOL Julius C Suriben, Chief, RCADD together with PLTCOL Julius Ceasar Domingo, Chief, DCADD, MPD, PMAJ CHANDA A MONTE, Chief FJGADD, RCADD and RCADD and DCADD personnel.
Members of KKDAT Manila were also present during the activity.

Beneficiaries of the activity are 100 children from the urban poor who were brought in by batches. The activities prepared were film showing, story telling and video clips presentation on RA 7610, RA 9262 and RA 11313; feeding program and distribution of food packs and health kits.

Lecturers for the activity were from the NCRPO Child Development Center, NCRPO and MPD Speaker’s Bureau. Likewise, KKDAT Manila led by Mike Custodio prepared an intermission number.

On the same day, under the supervision of PCOL Julius C Suriben, together with PLTCOL Diane D Del Rosario, Deputy RCADD, PLTCOL JENNY DC TECSON, Chief PIS RCADD/RPIO; PMAJ Rosemarie N Diche, Chief,CAS and RCADD personnel distributed food packs and health kits at the front gate of the NCRPO Regional Headquarters.

Beneficiaries were 1,000 individuals from Lower Bicutan, Taguig City. The Regional Chaplain Service led by PCOL (Fr) Arnulfo A Castillo also joined the activity, distributed pocket size bible and health kits as well.

The said event is in line with the NCRPO Serbisyong TAMA Caravan in relation to PNP Barangayanihan Help and Food Bank and in celebration of the 26th PCR Month.

The Serbisyong TAMA Caravan is an initiative of the NCRPO Regional Director PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr. The project has been rolling in the region to extend help and alleviate the needs of the urban poor especially during this trying times. ###
