NCRPO: SEARCH AND RESCUE (SAR) COMPETITION CONCLUDED

NCRPO – PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. spearheaded the closing ceremony of the Search and Rescue (SAR) Competition for the Calendar Year 2021 on July 7, 2021 at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.

 

The Search and Rescue Competition aims to ensure the preparedness of Team NCRPO, Regional Mobile Force Battalion and other counterparts in responding to natural disasters and calamities. The participants were trained to improve their capabilities, skills and how to properly handle equipments for rescue operations.

 

The said activity was participated by 13 competing teams.   RMFB with 2 SAR Teams, the five Police District of NCRPO with 1 DMFB Team and 1 SAR Team from selected station, to include the SAR Team of Marikina City Police Station.  Also included are BFP personnel and 2 from the CDRRMO/DRRMO/MMDA rescue teams.

 

Among who outshined to the recently concluded Search and Rescue Competition was Pasig City Police Station, who was hailed as the Champion. The 1st runner up was District Mobile Force Battalion, EPD, followed by the DMFB-QCPD and third runner up, DMFB-NPD.

 

During his message, PMGEN DANAO extended his deepest gratitude to the instructors who shared their talent and knowledge to the NCRPO personnel during the SAR Competition.

 

“Sa ating mga recipients ng training na ito sana icascade niyo ito sa baba upang madami pang matuto. Time will come it will be your own life you will be saving. Sa ating mga bagong graduate congratulations and commendations. Let us do more of this.” PMGEN DANAO said

 

He added “Lagi sana ninyong pakaisipin na tayo bilang mga miyembro ng kapulisan ay laging magbibigay ng serbisyong TAMA. Ito ang gawin natin palagi, let us make our people always busy para at the end of the day we will just sleep walang maraming iisipin. Walang pulis na malululong sa sugal, lalong lalo na itong online sabong kasi walang ginagawa. Just like my instruction before, let us make all our people busy.” ###
