NCRPO: ROUND THE CLOCK OPERATIONS OF TEAM NCRPO RESULTED IN THE ARREST OF MULTIPLE DRUG PERSONALITIES AND RECOVERY OF HUGE AMOUNT OF ILLEGAL DRUGS

 

NCRPO – Operatives of Northern Police District and Manila Police District conducted series of buy-bust operations from November 4 – 5, 2021 that resulted in apprehension of multiple drug personalities and recovery of huge amount of suspected illegal drugs.

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR commends the Station Drug Enforcement Unit, Police Station 4 – Sampaloc for a successful buy-bust operation on November 4, 2021 at around 9:30 PM along Fajardo St. cor. Dela Fuente St., Brgy. 453, Zone 45, Sampaloc, Manila that led to the arrest of a suspect who was identified as Norhana Kusain y Dilna aka TATA.

Seized from his possession and control are three (3) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu and one (1) genuine PHP 500 bill as buy-bust money. The estimated total weight of confiscated drugs is more or less 50 grams with DDB value amounting to PHP 340,000.00.

Consequently, on the same day at around 11:28 PM along Virgo Drive, Brgy. NBBS Kaunlaran, Navotas City operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit, Navotas City Police Station, NPD together with SWAT and Intelligence Section of Navotas CPS conducted a planned buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of two (2) suspects who were identified as MARK ANDREW GUEVARRA y REALEZA and DEXTER LUYON y TULARAM.

Recovered from the suspects are the following pieces of evidence:
a) Six (6) pieces medium of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 50.9 grams with standard drug price of PHP 346,120.00;
b) One (1) Unit of Revolver Cal. 38;
c) Five (5) pieces live cal. 38 ammunition;
d) One (1) piece digital weighing scale color silver;
e) One (1) piece cellular phone “NOKIA” color blue;
f) One (1) bonded of empty transparent plastic sachet;
g) One (1) piece of Mitsubishi Adventure key; and
h) One (1) Unit of Mitsubishi Adventure GLX2 color majestic red with plate No. “NAH 3359”;

Meanwhile, PMGEN DANAO acknowledged the successful series of operations of Northern Police District on November 5, 2021.

First, at around 1:10 AM along Sta. Rita, Brgy. 188, Tala, Caloocan City operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit, Caloocan CPS together with 6th Mobile Force Company RMFB-NCRPO in coordination with PDEA-RONCR conducted a buy-bust operation which resulted in the arrest of one Alice Lopez y Ayuban.

Confiscated from the scene are two (2) pieces medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu weighing approximately 50 grams with DDB standard value of PHP 340,000.00 and one (1) genuine Php 500 bundled with 30 pieces of 1000 fake/boodle currency used as buy-bust money.

Thereafter, at around 1:40 AM Infront of 7/11 Convenient Store, loc. at A. Mabini St., Brgy. 30, Caloocan City operatives of District Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with PDEA also conducted a buy-bust that led to the apprehension of suspects John Paulo Mendoza y Dizon and Marc James Ortega y Merano and seizure of one (1) piece medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; two (2) pieces knot-tied transparent plastic containing shabu and one (1) piece genuine PHP 500 bill incorporated with 7 pieces of PHP 1000 boodle money utilized as buy-bust money.

The confiscated illegal drugs has an aggregate estimated total weight of more or less 55 grams with DDB value amounting to PHP 374,000.00.

Following, the operatives of Sub-station 6 led by PLT MEL S SONIEGA while conducting an Oplan Galugad along Sampaguita St., Brgy. 156, Caloocan City at around 3:50 AM when they saw the suspect who was identified as Timothy John Marquez y Luzon holding a white plastic bag and not wearing a face mask.

In relation to IATF minimum Health Safety Protocol the officers approached the suspect, but he ran that resulted to a chased. The suspect was later on collared and caught. When the officers checked the content of the plastic bag he was holding, it was discovered as brick of dried marijuana leaves weighing approximately 1 kilo with DDB value amounting to PHP 120,000.00. Hence, his arrest.

Finally, at around 4:00 AM along #21 Interior R. Valenzuela St., Brgy. Marulas, Valenzuela City operatives of Valenzuela City Police Station, Station Drug Enforcement Unit led by PLT JOEL F MADREGALEJO in coordination with PDEA also launched a buy-bust operation which resulted to the arrest of the suspects identified as Endrico Alo y Rotañeza aka Banoy and Angel Gabanan y Gain aka Gel.

Seized from the suspect possession and control are the following pieces of evidence:

a) One (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu;
b) Three (3) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu;
c) PHP 500 bill utilized as Buy bust money;
d) Cash money amounting to PHP 500; and
e) One (1) piece color Brown/Black coin purse.

The confiscated illegal drugs has an estimated weight of more or less 10 grams with SDP value of PHP 68,000.00.

The arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to the respective operating unit for proper documentation and disposition while charges for violation of RA 9165 are being readied against them .

PMGEN DANAO complimented the operating units of NPD under PBGEN JOSE S HIDALGO JR, District Director and MPD under PBGEN LEO M FRANCISCO, District Director for a job well done and their passion and continuous effort in the eradication of illegal drugs in the region. For that operations alone, a combined total amount of illegal drugs already totalled to Php 1,588, 120.00. Can you just imagine, if this drugs will be distributed. How many lives will be destroyed because of the ill effects of this illegal drugs.
