This quotation is best personified by the Regional Mobile Force Battalion under the leadership of PCOL LAMBERT A SUERTE, Force Commander through the accomplishments of their companies within the different borders of Metro Manila.

RMFB, NCRPO has been proactive in supporting the programs and projects of the Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR bespeaks by the number of activities they have been accomplishing in everyday from anti criminality, anti terrorism,anti-illegal drugs and community relations.

Today, June 1, 2021 at about 3:00 PM, the 6th MFC Forward Base, Phase 10b Package 5 Barangay 176, Bagong Silang Caloocan City, personnel conducted lecture on the government campaign to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) as embodied on Presidential Executive Order Nr. 70. This known as Institutionalizing the Whole-Of-Nation Approach in attaining inclusive and sustainable peace, Creating A National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, and directing the adoption of a National Peace Framework.

They started this month organizing and mobilizing ten (10) members of Barangay Peace Keeping Action Team (BPAT), in coordination with Rommel Senal, BPAT Coordinator.

Similarly, RMFB’s unceasing effort in the desire to address the challenges brought about by the novel coronavirus, 5th MFC personnel conducted joint Hair Dressing and “Libreng Gupit” activity, in collaboration with the personnel of Brgy Pasong Putik, Quezon City under the leadership of Chief Admin Amefilia Dawagan, today, June 2, 2021 at about 9:00 AM.

Prior to the “Libreng Gupit” activity, the facilitators administered seminar and demonstrated the proper hair dressing to the recipients. Thereafter, activity proper proceeded, the conduct of free haircut.

This initiative-led activity is one way to give back to the community by sharing love and kindness amid these trying times, inspired by RD NCRPO’s thrust: “Serbisyong TAMA: Tapat, may Tapang at malasakit sa Mamamayan”.

In order to help the fellow Filipinos who are in need of blood and save lives, ten (10) personnel of 5th MFC conducted Bloodletting Activity in collaboration with Phillipine Redcross-QC Chapter on June 2, 2021 at about 10:00 AM at SM BF Presidents Ave., Paranaque, Metro Manila.

Likewise, it also aims to supplement the decreasing blood supply amid increasing demand from patients suffering from the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

Lastly, RMFB Mobile Free Store drove off to Casimiro Compound, Brgy 171, Caloocan City at about 10:00 AM of June 2, 2021.

This utmost desire to accord free commodities to the indigent residents living in the area was made possible through consolidated efforts of Personnel of 5th MFC.

The Free Store was filled with bundles of assorted fresh vegetables which were purchased to local farmers. A total of four hundred fifty (430) locals were catered.

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, the team constantly reminding the locals to line- up and observe 1-meter distance from each other.

Further, the team also took the opportunity to distribute more or less 100 IEC materials on Gender Awareness, COVID-19 Vaccine Efficacy, Anti-Illegal Drugs and ELCAC.

RD NCRPO lauds the implementation of these projects exemplifying the ideals of NCRPO Malasakit thrust/Serbisyong TAMA Caravan and PNP BARANGAYanihan project as a continuous advocacy to “Serbisyong TAMA: TApat, may tapang at MAlasakit para sa mamamayan”.

“RMFB under the leadership of PCOL Lambert has been proving that no pandemic can never halt the desire of our men to help and reach out to communities. May ilan ilan mang bulok sa ating hanay, marami pa rin ang mga matino at tunay na nagmamalasakit para sa ating mga kababayan,” he said.###
