NCRPO: PARANAQUE COPS YIELDS PHP 2M WORTH OF SHABU: 3 SUSPECTS ARRESTED

In line with the intensified campaign against illegal drugs in  the region, PMGEN VIcente D Danao Jr., Regional Director, National Capital Region Police Office lauded the personnel of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit  (SDEU) of Paranaque City Police Station  for the successful conduct of a drug sting that resulted in the arrest of three (3) suspects and confiscation of more or less Php 2 million worth of suspected shabu.

 

In a report submitted by PBGEN Jimili L Macaraeg, District Director to PMGEN Danao, personnel of Paranaque SDEU and  led by PMAJ Brent Ian S Salazar, under the supervision of  PCOL Maximo F Sebastian Jr., Chief of Police, conducted buy-bust operation at about 11:15PM on November 3, 2021 at Blk.8, Lot 7, Scoop St., Fourth Estate, Brgy., San Antonio, Paranaque City.

 

The operation resulted in the arrest.of three (3) suspects,  identified as Angela Arichea y Doronila alias Angel, 49 years old widow; Rene Robido y Doronila alias Ton, 26 years old, Food Panda delivery driver; and Razal Doronila y Valdez, 38 years old, welder, all residents of Parañaque.

 

Recovered pieces of evidence from them are one medium sized transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu (subject of sale), two medium sized heat sealed transparent plastic sachet each containing suspected shabu, weighing a total of more or less 300grams with  Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱2,040,000,00, one genuine ₱ 1000 bill (buy-bust money) placed on top of 300 pieces of 1000 boodle money, one black  Samsung cellular phone, one gray Samsung cellular phone and a red Marks & Spencer London paper bag.

 

Confiscated items were turned over to SPD Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis while arrested suspects are temporarily detained at Parañaque City Police Station Custodial Facility while cases for violation of RA 9165 is being readied against them.

 

“I commend the Southern Police District under the leadership of PBGEN Macaraeg for their commitment in curbing the proliferation of illegal drugs and all other forms of criminality in their area of responsibility. It is frustrating to know that the suspects in this accomplishment are family members. However, this serves as a warning that your police force will never tolerate wrong doings and we will carry on to  arrest and put all law offenders behind bars.” PMGEN Danao stated.###
