NCRPO- In line with the intensified implementation of the anti illegal drugs campaign, PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., Regional Director lauded the successful drug buy-bust operations conducted on separate operations by the operatives of the Northern Police District (NPD) under the over all supervision of PBGEN JOSE S HIDALGO JR.,District Director.
Based on the report submitted to the NCRPO, NPD operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit-Malabon City Police Station (SDEU-MCPS) under PCOL ALBERT BAROT, Chief of Police conducted buy-bust operation in coordination with PDEA on November 11, 2021 at about 10:00PM along Pinagtipunan Circle corner Tuazon St., Brgy., Potrero, Malabon City.
The drug sting resulted in the arrest of two (2) newly listed drug personalities identified as Mitchie Patricio y Fernando alias Menchie, 24 years old and Andrea Janet De Leon y Bilano alias Janet, 22 years old.
Recovered pieces of evidence from their possession were 4 pcs plastic sachet of suspected shabu; 2 pcs knot tied transparent plastic bag containing suspected shabu; 1pc genuine one thousand peso bill incorporated with 4 pieces of fake/boodle money. The estimated total weight of shabu confiscated is more or less 165 grams with standard drug price amounting to Php 1,122,000.
On the same day and time operatives of OCOP-DEU, Caloocan City Police Station led by PMAJ Deo D Cabildo under the supervision of PCOL SAMUEL V MINA, Chief of Police with elements of 6th MFC RMFB-NCRPO led by PMAJ Vilmer P Miralles in coordination with PDEA-RONCR conducted buy-bust operation along Kaagapay Rd., Brgy., 188, Tala, Caloocan City that resulted in the arrest of the suspect identified as Noraima Batao y Diba alyas Noraima.
Confiscated from the possession of the suspect were; 2 pcs. Medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing Shabu; and 1 Genuine Php1000 bundled w/39 pcs. of Php1000 Fake Boodle currency as Buy-bust money. Total confiscated drug evidence weighs approximately 50 grams with DDB value of Php340,000,00.
In an earlier drug sting on the same day at about 9:00PM at Blk 56, Lt. 13, Lapu-lapu Extn., Brgy. 8, Caloocan City, elements of the NPD- District Drug Enforcement Unit led by PMAJ Amor Cerillo together with PDEA Agents successfully arrested three (3) suspects and recovery of more or less 85 grams of suspected shabu with DDB value amounting to Php578,000,00.
Arrested suspects were identified as; 1) Rolando Camposano y Honia alyas Tatay Lando; 2) Jestoni Supsup y Lopez alyas Robert; and, 3) Arlene Bacar y Asne alyas Biday.
Pieces of evidence recovered from them were: 1) Seventeen (17) pcs. medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing Shabu, 2) One genuine Php500 incorporated with 7 pcs. Php1000 Boodle money as Buy-bust money, C) One black sling bag, D) One digital weighing scale; and, E) Six pcs. Php50 bill Recovered money.
Meanwhile at about 2:40AM of November 12, 2021 along Mercury St., Constellation Subd., Brgy., 177 Caloocan City, elements of Caloocan City Police Station arrested the suspect identified as Edic Fernando y Torres for violation of City Ordinance, Violation of (Art 155), B.P 6 and RA 9165.
The operation stemmed from a report received from Brgy. 177 that there was a person freaking out and holding an improvised metal sword in the area. Thus, creating fear and panic to residents. This prompted the duty officers to proceed in the area. Upon verification on the veracity of the report, they approached and apprehended the suspect who was holding a deadly weapon. He was not also wearing a mask and upper garment. Upon the conduct of body search, police officers recovered from the suspects possession a black coin purse including one transparent knot tied ice plastic sealed containing suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 37.1 grams and with SDP value of PHP252,280.00
