NCRPO HARVESTED RICE CROPS PLANTED IN QUEZON CITY

The National Capital Region Police Office reaped what they sowed as they returned to Sitio Bakal, Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City on November 17, 2021.

In line with the Palayanihan outreach program which was launched in one of the few remaining Urban Farms of Metro Manila, the NCRPO under the leadership of PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR through the Regional Community Affairs and  Development Division under PCOL JULIUS C SURIBEN, Chief RCADD,  Regional Mobile Force Battalion under PCOL LAMBERT A SUERTE, FC, Quezon City Police District under the supervision of PBGEN ANTONIO C YARRA, District Director along with the PPSFU, under PCOL MARIO MAYAMES, NCRPO RCSP TEAM, JTF NCR, and Barangay Officials led by Hon Wilfredo Cara, Barangay Chairman harvested the rice crops which they planted on August 20, 2021.

The initiated program is part of recognizing the indispensable support of the farmers in providing food for the community and maintaining the peace and order in their locality. The presence of the police officers helped and alleviated their hardships in planting and harvesting.

According to PMGEN DANAO, Team NCRPO will help the communities of Metro Manila in any way possible. With the cooperation of the residents, even the far flung areas will benefit from the programs and projects of the  Regional Office under the NCRPO’s SIBOL Program and  Barangayanihan Caravan which is in line with the Duterte Legacy. ###
