As the National Capital Region Police Office strengthens the camaraderie with Local government unit, security and business sectors, an Oath-Taking of Advocacy Groups and Signing of Manifesto of Support to End Local Communist and Armed Conflict (ELCAC) transpired on June 11, 2021 at Music Museum Group Incorporated, Promenade Greenhill’s Shopping Center, San Juan City.
With the theme: “Strengthening Business and Security Partnership through the unified Neigborhood Watch, “PCOL ELPIDIO A RAMIREZ, ACOP warmly welcomed the paricipants which includes PBGEN MATTHEW P BACCAY, DD, EPD together with Hon. San Juan City Vice Mayor Jose Warren Villa and Atty. Bell ZAMORA, Congressional District Office Head, Mr. Fernando S Solina, Head Corporate Safety and Security, Ortigas/Greenhills Company , Engr. Nassif Malawani and other PNP officers present from NCRPO , EPD Headquarters and San Juan City Police Station.
The Oath Taking of San Juan Advocacy Groups was highlighted with the Ceremonial Signing of Manifesto of support where they pledged their commitment to support and promote sturdy partnership in consonance with the unified advocacy programs when it comes to anti-criminality, terrorism, and illegal drugs.
For the first time, said advocacy groups also initiated to give support to the PNP for their barangayanihan program in terms of cash and in kind. Instead of the PNP giving them …, the 120 participants ( food packs and health kits). Their action manifests a distinguished cooperation and collaboration of the security and business sectors with NCRPO thereby resulting to larger number of residents to be reached out.
PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR has been working diligently in order to paveway the Oath-Taking of Advocacy Groups and Signing of Manifesto of Support to End Local Communist and Armed Conflict (ELCAC) of the Business, Security Sectors, and other Advocacy Groups in the region. Similar activity is being conducted in the different parts of Metro Manila to reinforce the PNP and LGU in terms of peace and order in the community.
PMGEN BACCAY JR acknowledged the unwavering support of the security and business sectors towards ELCAC, terrorism, criminality, illegal drugs and corruption. He expressed his gratitude towards their intention to further help NCRPO in its endeavour.
The program ended with candle lighting and mass signing of “If we can Hold On” as a symbol of unity and dedication for this promising event and soon be a tangible accomplishment for all. ###
