NCRPO – PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., commends the steadfast endeavor of Team NCRPO’s Tracker Teams in the intense manhunt operations that resulted in the arrest of the Top 2 Most Wanted Person of Calabanga Municipality, Camarines Sur in Quezon City and No. 12 and 13 WMP of Paranaque City Police Station for the 4th Quarter of 2021.

According to the report submitted by PBGEN ANTONIO C YARRA, District Director, Quezon City Police District, joint elements of La Loma Police Station led by PCPT KENNETH LOUIE C LEAÑO with 8 others under the supervision of PLTCOL TYRONE VALENZONA, Station Commander and RMFB PRO 5 led by PMAJ Erving Chan under the supervision of PCOL RODERICO A ROY JR successfully arrested the accused, Rey Timana Cabiles on November 22, 2021 at 3:30PM along Ragang St, Brgy Manresa, Quezon City.

Accused,  Rey Timana y Cabiles alyas Dadeng, 30 years old, native of San Pablo, Calabanga, Camarines Sur and residing at Canumay West, Valenzuela City was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Pedro M Redona, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 63, 5th Judicial Region, Calabanga, Camarines Sur on November 20, 2018, for the crime of Rape docketed under criminal case number 18-2921 with no bail recommended.

Meanwhile, on November 22, 2021at about 4:00PM at  SM Sucat, Brgy. San Dionisio, Parañaque City personnel of Warrant and Subpoena Unit Paranaque City Police Station led by PEMS Jaime T Mago Jr with 2 others under the supervision of PMAJ Philander A Alunday served the Warrant of Arrest against a 17 year old male student and Carl Ramdrey Regalado y Dancel, 21 years old, both are residing at No. 64 Capemaum St., Multinational Village Brgy., Moonwalk, Paranaque City.

The accused were arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued on June 18, 2021 by Hon Judge Moises Domingo De Castro of Family Court, Br 10, Paranaque City for the crime of Rape (RPC Art 265-A) docketed under Criminal Case No. 2021-0658 and 2021-0659 with no bail recommended.

The three arrested accused were turned-over to respective operating units for proper documentation and disposition before returning their warrant of arrest to the court of origin.
