The National Capital Region Police Office enjoins the nationwide launching of Complaints Referral and Monitoring Information System, “E-sumbong” Sumbong Mo! Aksyon Ko!” during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on May 17, 2020 via zoom application.
Chief of the Philippine National Police, POLICE GENERAL GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR under his administration would like to ensure that community reports are given utmost priority, thus E- SUMBONG: Sumbong Mo, Aksyon Ko” was initiated.
Under the intensified Cleanliness Policy, said programs aims to provide a convenient and accessible channel for the public to report any crime, anytime and anywhere whenever the need arises. Swiftly, police officers will facilitate, validate and respond to the said reports.
Over the years, NCRPO has been acknowledging community support in terms of information gathering as vital in resolving crimes and preventing proliferation of unlawful activities that are detrimental to the peace and order of the society.
Towards this end, NCRPO’s enhanced 24-hour complaint hotline has been receiving complaints from the citizens of Metro Manila via 0915-888-81-81 for globe and 0999-901-81-81 for smart subscribers and through other social media accounts of NCRPO. Said messages sent to the hotline are being acted upon and duly investigated.
“We are with our Chief, PNP in ensuring optimum delivery of police services to our fellowmen. All modes of communication between the police and the community will definitely aid in the attainment of our goals as law enforcers. We therefore encourage everyone to help us out in resolving crimes and preventing unlawful activities.
