NCRPO:  DISTRICT AND STATION LEVEL MOST WANTED PERSONS, FALL

NCRPO- PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO.JR complimented the operatives of  the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Navotas City Police Station under PCOL DEXTER OLLAGING, Chief of Police and Manila Police District under PBGEN LEO M FRANCISCO for the successful arrest of wanted persons .

In Navotas, personnel of Warrant Section of Navotas City Police arrested their station level’s most wanted person at about 8:30PM on November 23, 2021 at 93-C 10 St., 11th Avenue, Grace Park, Caloocan City.

The accused was identified as John Joshua Lacerna , 24 years old and a resident of P. Galauran St., 7th Avenue, Brgy 52, Caloocan City. He was arrested by virtue of the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Cecilla B Parallag, Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 9, Navotas City for the crime of Rape.

Earlier on the same day, at about 11:50 AM personnel of the District Investigation and Detective Management Division and CIS operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section, Manila Police District served and effected the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Emilio Rodolfor y Legaspi III, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 13, Manila against accused Jonathan Estrella y Tauyan, 45 years old, tagged as Top 31 Most Wanted Person-District Level  in his residence at 2564 Orion St., Tondo, Manila .

Both accused  are under the custody of operating units for proper disposition and documentation pending the issuance of Commitment Order by the court.

PMGEN Danao emphasized that operatives of the Tracker teams will not ceased and get tired of locating and arresting these people with standing warrant of arrest.
