Another significant endeavor was concluded as National Capital Region Police Office under the strong leadership of PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. spearheaded the Closing Ceremony of Patrolling and Response Operations Training to Empower CVO’s and Tanod (P.R.O.T.E.C.T.) to further strengthen the partnership between the LGU and NCRPO.
The program was conducted on July 13, 2021 at Greenheights Subdivision Clubhouse, Brgy. San Isidro, Paranaque City attended by RD DANAO together with HON. EDWIN L OLIVARES, Mayor, Paranaque City and NCRPO Officers to include: PBGEN JIMILI L MACARAEG, DD, SPD; PCOL MAXIMO F SEBASTION JR, COP, Paranaque CPS; PCOL JULIUS C SURIBEN, Chief, RCADD, NCRPO; PCOL GERSON S BISAYAS, Chief, DCADD, SPD, PLTCOL JENNY DC TECSON, Chief, RPIO and other Barangay Officials.
P.R.O.T.E.C.T aims to educate the force multipliers to equip themselves with the proper knowledge and skills in performing their jobs in barangays. Through this training, they developed confidence as they work hand in hand with their counterparts to whom they share the same mission.
The training was participated by 269 tanods, KKDAT and unified force multipliers from Brgy. Baclaran, Brgy. Tambo, Brgy. Sto Niño, Brgy. La Huerta, Brgy. San Dionisio, Brgy. San Isidro, Brgy. San Antonio and Brgy. Vitalez.
During the event, thru Team NCRPO Serbisyong Tama Caravan sa Barangay, police officers distributed food pack, health kits and IEC Materials.
On his message PMGEN DANAO said “umaasa kami na higit na napalawak ang inyong kaalaman at higit na napaunawa ang inyong mga gawain at responsibilidad bilang mga itinalagang katuwang ng mga kapulisan sa mga barangay. Magsisilbi rin itong paghahanda upang maagapan at maaksyunan ang anumang hindi inaasahang pangyayari sa inyong barangay.”
He added “ang pagtutulungan, pagkakaisa at unawaan ang susi upang sama sama tayong makaahon at malampasan natin ang lahat ng ito habang tinutupad ang ating mga sinumpaang tungkulin.”###
