NCRPO ARRESTS ROBBERY SUSPECTS WITHIN ONE DAY

PBGEN JIMILI LOPEZ MACARAEG in his report to the Regional Director of NCRPO, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR the Robbery incident that transpired at about 3:00 AM on July 10, 2021 at No. 62 Timothy Street, Multinational Vilage, Barangay Moonwalk Parañaque City.

The victim was identified as one Chen Zhihang Chinese National, 27 years old, born on December 17. 1953 in Guandong Province, China single, call center supervisor and currently residing at Number 62 Timothy Street Multinational Village, Barangay Moonwalk, Parañaque City.

Accordingly, three unidentified male suspects barged inside the house of the victim destroying the padlock at the main gate using a bolt cuter they then proceeded to the 2nd floor of the house. At gun point, they held and tied the victim using a plastic straw string and packaging tape and took his belongings worth Php 945.000,00 including the two (2) safety vaults containing cash money worth more or less Three Million Pesos.

Upon receipt of the report, a hot pursuit operation was immediately conducted by the Follow-Up Team of Paranaque City Police Station that resulted in the successful arrest of EYMARD DURWIN y ALINDAYU.

He is 36 years old, born on September 5, 1984 at Gamu Isabella male mamed jobless and resident of 215 7 Street, Barangay Katuparan Taguig City. Recovered from his possession and control a 9MM Caliber pistol, Taurus G39H19 model with serial number ABC123806, two magazines, and twenty live bullets and cash money worth Php 165,000.00.

Suspect then identified the identity and whereabouts of his cohorts, thus, the team hurriedly made coordination and wasted no time in thehatched another hot pursuit operation.

Follow-up unit of this police station, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) and Regional Special Operations Group (RSOG), NCRPO coordinated with Sta. Maria Municipal Police Station and Bulacan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) wherein said unts immediately conducted joint manhunt operation at Barangay Patag, Sta Mania, Bulacan at about 5:30 AM of July 11, 2021.

Said operation resulted in the successful arrest of one REXAN DANATIL y NAJARO, 36 years old bom on April 21, 2021, male, single, jobless and a resident of Barangay Patag. Sta. Maria. Bulacan Recovered from his possession the cash money worth Php 236,000.00,

Thereafter, at about 7:15 AM on July 11, 2021, Follow-up unit and Intelligence Unit of this police station, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) and Regional Special Operations Group (RSOG), NCRPO swooped to Taurus Street, Pangarap Village Barangay 181, Caloocan City and arrested another suspect identified as Francisco Verona y Macam, 33 years old born on September 14, 1987, male, single, Lalamove driver and a resident of Sto. Niño Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.

During the arrest, operatives recovered the two safety vaults, believed to be the safety vault taken from the house of Mr. Chen Zhihang. Also recovered from his possession and control are the cash money amounting to Php 270,000.00, passport and one(1) celphone.

On the same day, at about 10:00 AM of July 11, 2021, Follow-up unit and Intelligence unit of this police station, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) and Regional Special Operations Group (RSOG), NCRPO proceeded at Block 2A Lot3 Phase 4C, Strawberry Street, Grand Valley Subdivision, Barangay Mahabang Parang Angono, Rizal.

Operatives were able to arrest Ryan Paul Ramirez y Solis, 35 years old, born on October 26, 1986, male, married, self-employed and a resident of Block 2A Lot3 Phase 4C, Strawberry Street, Grand Valley Subdivision, Barangay Mahabang Parang Angono, Rizal.

Recovered from the suspect was the black Toyota Fortuner, with plate number ABI 4578, white HYUNDAI STAREX, with plate number BDV 694 believed to be the vehicle used by the suspects before and after the commission of the crime. Incidentally, a .38 caliber revolver loaded with six bullets were also recovered from the the suspect including the cash money worth Php 200,000.00.

The total amount of money recovered from the suspects is Php 871,000.00. The recovered cellphone will be submitted to Anti Cybercrime Group for forensic examination while the firearms will be verified from Firearms and Explosives Office.
