Three  (3)  top most wanted persons (MWP) were arrested in successive police operations in  Muntinlupa City on April 7, 2021.

With this, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR., lauded the operatives of the Muntinlupa City Police Station under the supervision of PCOL MELENCIO MADDATU BUSLIG JR and the Warrant and Subpoena Section (MSS) led by PLT RONALD  PELAGIO for the apprehension of the ranked no. 9  and ranked no. 10 of the Top 10 MWP and the ranked no.20 of Muntinlupa CPS most wanted person for the 2nd Quarter CY 2021.

During the conduct of the Simultaneous Enhance Managing Police Operation (SEMPO), arresting officers proceeded at 568 Lovely Street, Cupang Muntinlupa City and about 10:00AM they served and effected the arrest of the accused ranked as Top 9 MWP of Muntinlupa CPS.

The accused was identified as Reynaldo Dumlao y Andaya, with two (2) aliases as Bully and Armando Dumlao y Andaya, male, single, jobless and a resident of Lovely St., Cupang, Muntinlupa City.

Dumlao was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrested issued by Hon. Gener M Gito, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 206 Muntinlupa City for Revised Penal Code Art. 299-Robbery in an Inhabited House or Public Building or Edifice devoted to worship, docketed under Criminal Case no. 21-129 dated February 19, 2021 with a recommended bail of PHP 172, 000.00.

Further, operatives of WSS-Muntinlupa CPS was tipped off by a confidential informant regarding the whereabouts of another person wanted by the law. Instantly, operatives went to the given address and at about 10:30AM of the same day, they executed the Warrant of Arrest.

Arrested accused ranked no. 10 of the Top 10 MWP-Muntinlupa CPS was identified as Jenifer Santos with two (2) aliases as JJ and Julie Ann Lite Santos, female, 26 years old, jobless and a resident of Lovely St., Cupang Muntinlupa City.

Santos was arrested by virtue of the same warrant of arrest of the TOP 9 MWP with same crime committed and same amount of recommended bail. Further investigation disclosed that both accused are relatives and they colluded in the commission of the crime.

Moreover, at about 1:30 PM of the same day, the aforementioned operating team arrested the ranked No. 20 of the Top 20 MWP. He was identified as Reyve Ramos Feo, 31 years old, male, and a porter. He was arrested at his given address in Wawa St. Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Feo was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Donato Hernandez De Castro, Presiding Judge, Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 87, Paranaque City  for violation of Batas Pambansa (BP) 22- Bouncing Check Law (two counts) docketed under Criminal Case No. 20-0091 and 20-0092 dated March 11, 2021 with a recommended bails of PHP 6,000.00 each.

Upon arrest of all the accused, they were informed of the nature of their arrest and appraised of their Constitutional Rights. They also undergone medical/physical examination. All the accused are now under the custody of the operating units pending the issuance of Commitment Order from the court of origin.

PMGEN Danao reiterated that the intensified manhunt operation on all persons sought by law in the region is continuously implemented despite the enforcement of the public safety operations in response to the current pandemic. “ We ensure that these wanted persons arrested will be made answerable for their crimes so justice be served to their victims.” He said.###
