MORE THAN 1.3M WORTH OF SHABU BUSTED IN QUEZON CITY

NCRPO – PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr., extended his appreciation to the operatives of PS-9 Anonas Police Station- Station Drug Enforcement Unit led by PMAJ Agustin U Ubilas and District Drug Enforcement Unit, QCPD led by PMAJ Wennie Ann A Cale for the arrest of two suspects during a joint anti-illegal Drug Buy-Bust Operation on June 26, 2021 at about 4:00PM along Kalayaan B, Commonwealth Avenue, Brgy Batasan, Quezon City.

Based on the report submitted by PBGEN ANTONIO C YARRA , DD, QCPD to PMGEN Danao, the operations was conducted in coordination with PDEA,NCR which resulted to the arrest of the suspects identified as Oden Dirindigen y Diragen, 42 years old, married, businessman, native of Maguindanao and a resident of A Bonifacio Ave., Brgy., Barangka, Marikina City and Jocelyn Salundagit y Bautista, 48 years old, single, jobless, a native of Samar and a resident of Zone 6, Ampit St., San Mateo Rizal.

Pieces of evidence recovered from their possession and control are: a) Two pcs. knot tied plastic transparent cellophane which contains suspected shabu weighing more or less 200 grams with DDB value amounting to Php 1,360,000.00;
b) One piece genuine Five hundred peso bill;
c)163 pcs of one thousand peso bill boodle money;
d) 53 pcs. five hundred peso bill boodle money;
e) One unit black Nokia cellular phone; and, f) One black sling bag.

Suspects and seized evidence are under the custody of operating unit for documentation and proper disposition, while a case for violation of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being prepared against the suspects.

PMGEN Danao reiterated that the NCRPO is sustaining its gains in its campaign against illegal drugs. “With the continuous cooperation of the public in providing relevant information to the police authorities, NCRPO has yielded notable results . And we will continue with more aggressive operations to eradicate illegal drugs in the Metro.” He stated. ###
