The National Capital Region Police Office through the Office of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (ORCADD) under the supervision of PCOL ARIEL R FULO, AC, RCADD conducted Manila Bay Clean up Drive on September 28, 2019 along Manila Bay, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
The activity was participated by uniformed personnel from different offices/unit of NCRPO and National Capital Region Training Center (NCRTC)PSLC 2019-01.
