On January 8, 2020, PCOL ARIEL R FULO, Chief, RCADD/ Chief, JTOC Traslacion 2020, together with JTOC personnel conducted inspection and visitation of the four sub-JTOCs. Said activities were conducted to ensure the efficient and effective communication and performance of safety and security measures for the Black Nazarene Traslacion 2020 Procession. Further, PCOL FULO encouraged the NAPCOS to be diligent and hard-working exemplary role models to other police officers especially to their juniors of the police service.
