NCRPO through the Office of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (ORCADD) conducted Crime Prevention and Skills Enhancement Seminar (CPSES) to 32 participants composed of force multipliers, security guards, and concerned citizens on August 11, 2019 (Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM held at the GVS Building, Barangay Socorro, Quezon City.

During the activity, PSSg Charlie Heirdin E Tan, Action PNCO, PIS, RCADD, under the supervision of PCOL JEMAR D MODEQUILLO, Chief, RCADD, discussed the common modus operandi, crime prevention tips, self-defense, arresting techniques, human rights and use of force theories. Afterwards, demonstrations and performance of unarmed defense, distance bridging, unbalancing, and arresting technique drills were conducted.

A total of 32 Pulis Serbis Balita gazettes and 224 flyers on Crime Prevention, Anti-Violence Against Women and Children, Anti-Rape, Earthquake Preparedness, Typhoon/Flood Preparedness, Anti-Illegal Drugs, and Anti-Bomb Threat containing ISMOT Hotline numbers of the NCRPO were distributed during the activity.
