4 PERSONS TAGGED AS TOP TEN MOST WANTED PERSONS NABBED IN SEPARATE MANHUNT OPERATIONS

An accused for frustrated murder who have been in hiding since 2018 has been nabbed by the personnel of Las Pinas City Police Station at about 9:00AM on April 2, 2021 at Zapote Plaza Brgy Zapote, Las Pinas City.

In a report forwarded to the office of the Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) the accused was identified as Jomag Dagli with two aliases as Jomar and Diomag Dagli y Criman, 31 years old, jobless and a resident of Esperanza Ramblers, Molino II, Cavite City.

The accused was tagged as the Top 7 MWP for the 3rd Quarter 2020 of Las Piñas City Police Station. He was arrested after series of surveillance and almost a year of monitoring on his whereabouts. Authorities were also provided a cellphone number of the accused that led to his arrest. An operative texted the accused and pretended to be his friend and agreed to meet him up. Upon confirmation of the information, operatives proceeded to the area which resulted in the immediate arrest of the accused.

The accused was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Phoeve C Meer of Regional Trial Court Branch 275, Las Pinas City on May 15, 2018 for Frustrated Murder Docketed under Criminal Case No 18-0474 with a recommended bail of PHP200,000.00.

During the arrest, the accused was informed of the cause of his arrest as well as his Constitutional Rights. Subsequently, the accused is currently detained at the Las Pinas City Station Custodial Facility for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, the Navotas Top 4 Most Wanted Person for the crime charged of Article 250 of the Revised Penal Code was arrested at about 1:30 PM, April 2, 2021 along Pabahay, Brgy. Tanza 2, Navotas City.

The arrested wanted person was identified as JAYSON ROQUE y CRISOSTOMO, male, single, jobless, 19 yrs old and resident of S. Roldan St., Brgy. Tangos South, Navotas City.

The arrest of the accused was launched by elements of Warrant Section together with the Intelligence Section personnel of Navotas Police Station led by PLT LUIS C RUFO JR and PCMS Ronie B Garan under the direct supervision of the PCOL DEXTER OLLAGING after several weeks of intensive surveillance and intelligence operations, that  eventually led to the accused  arrest by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Romana Maria Melchora P. Lindayag-Del Rosario Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 287, Navotas City. Subject accused has been long wanted by law for the crime of Art. 250 of the Revised Penal Code- Penalty for Frustrated Parricide, Murder or Homicide docketed under Criminal Case. That on September 4, 2020, in the City of Navotas, within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, conspiring, confederating and helping one another, while armed with bladed weapon, with intent to kill, treachery and abuse of superior strength, did, then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously suddenly stabbed the complainant ERICSON BAUTISTA at the left side of his body. The victim nearly died if it were not for the immediate medical attention given to him.

The said Warrant of Arrest was properly returned to the issuing court, while the person arrested is placed under the custody of Navotas Police Station pending the issuance of Commitment Order by the court.

Further, the Intelligence Operatives of Ermita Police Station (PS-5) Manila Police District successfully arrested their station’s Top 6 Most Wanted Person and leader of the Tablada Crime Group at about 2:05 PM on April 2, 2021 at Riverside Dr, Liwasan Bonifacio, Ermita Manila.

The accused was identified as Romeo Tablada y Lazona alyas Bukol.

PS 5 Intelligence Operatives together with the Warrant and Subpoena Section conducted police operation that resulted in the arrest of the Tablada. He was arrested for the crime of Theft by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Yolanda M Leonardo, Presiding Judge Br 9, MTC Manila dated October 22, 2020 with a recommended bail of PHP 6,000.00.

Upon arrest, the accused was informed of the cause of his arrest as well as his Constitutional Rights and was brought to a hospital for medical examination and subsequently brought to Ermita Police Station for proper disposition.

In Tondo Manila on the other hand, joint operatives of District Police Intelligence Operations Unit (DPIOU) Manila Police District (MPD), District Intelligence Division together with District Special Operations Unit -MPD, MDIT-RIU-NCR and CIS-WSS conducted manhunt operation and service of Warrant of Arrest that resulted in the arrest of accused Jeffrey Inigo at about 3:00PM on April 2, 2021 at Bldg 25, Aroma Compound, Brgy 105 Zone B, Tondo,Manila.

The arrest was plotted after verification of the information provided by a confidential informant and continuous operational research and a week-long surveillance on the whereabouts of the accused.

The arrested accused was identified as Jeffrey Inigo y Suan, male, 37 years old, a native of Cebu City and presently residing at Aroma Cmpd, Brgy 105 Zone B Tondo, Manila.

Inigo was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. R-MNL-20-05916-CR issued on October 1, 2020 by Hon. Marlina M Manuel, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 25, Manila with no bail recommended.

Investigation disclosed that the accused is listed in the MPD Drug Group as Veedor Drug Group that operates in Aroma and Balut, Tondo Manila and nearby cities.

Upon arrest, Inigo was informed about the nature of his arrest as Gg as appraised of his Constitutional Rights and subsequently brought to the Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
