*NCRPO: Over Php500K Worth of Shabu and Marijuana Recovered in 3 Separate Buy-Bust Ops; RD Natividad Hails Operatives*

NCRPO – PMGEN Felipe R Natividad lauds the unwavering effort and dedication of the men and women of Team NCRPO for the successful conduct of series of buy-bust operations that resulted in the confiscation of more or less Php 500,000.00 worth of illegal drugs on July 27, 2022.

Based on the report received, at about 9:10 PM along Zobel Roxas corner Arellano Ave., Brgy 755, Malate, Manila, Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Malate Police, Manila Police District conducted a buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of the suspects who were identified as JOHN MARK MANGURIT y BABASA aka BOSS; MIAMOR BERMOY y SANTIAGO.

Seized from the suspects’ possession and control are MOL 12 grams of shabu with DDB value amounting to Php 81,600.00.

Then, on the same night, at around 10:10 PM along Blk. 68, Palay St., Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City, three (3) drug suspects who were identified as Nerizza Enriquez y Burgos aka Nene; Rosana Cortez y Balane aka Osang; and Milchizedek Pangilinan y San Pascual aka Sadek were arrested by the personnel of SDEU, Marikina Police, Eastern Police District.

Confiscated are MOL 40 grams of suspected illegal drugs with Standard Drug Price of Php 272,000.00.

Meanwhile, PMGEN Natividad also acknowledged the effort of personnel from Police Station – 5, Fairview, QCPD for the arrest of two (2) suspects who were identified as MR. AXEL FORONDA y PESIMO aka AXEL; and MR. JOSEPH SOREÑO y MNU at about 11:30 PM along Viceroy St., Brgy. Greater Fairview, Quezon City.

The conducted buy-bust operation led to the confiscation of two (2) bricks of dried fruity leaves suspected to be marijuana weighing MOL 2000 grams with DDB value amounting to Php 240,000.00.

All of the arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to SDEU Office for proper documentation and disposition, pending filing charges for violation of RA 9165 otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”.
