NCRPO – PMGEN Felipe R Natividad expressed his commendation to the men and women of Team NCRPO for the continuous conduct of police operations which resulted in the arrest of most wanted persons around the Metropolis.
Based on the report that reached the office of the Regional Director, at about 11:30 AM of July 12, 2022 along No. 81 Gomez Street, Barangay Paltok, Quezon City, joint operatives of Intel Section and 5th MFC RMFB NCRPO served the warrant of arrest to Top 6 MWP of Police Station – 2, Masambong, QCPD who was identified as MARICEL VELA y JALIMAO, 49 years old with a pending warrant of arrest for the crime of Robbery (2 counts) issued by RTC, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 4, Batangas City with bail recommended of Php100,000.00 in each count for her provisional liberty.
Then, on the same day, at about 4:00 PM along No. 48 AGS Compound, D. Bonifacio St. Brgy. East Canumay, Valenzuela City, QCPD operatives, Intel/Warrant Section with 5th MFC RMFB NCRPO also served the warrant of arrest to Top 1 MWP of Fairview, Quezon City who was identified as ANGELITO MISA y TIRO, 48 years old.
The arrested accused has a pending warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape by Sexual Assault issued by RTC Branch 124, Caloocan City with recommended bail of Php 180,000.00 for his temporary liberty.
PMGEN Natividad acknowledged the operatives of Southern and Manila Police District for the apprehension of other two (2) MWP.
On July 12, 2022 at around 2:00 PM at Brgy., Buenavista Abuyog, Leyte, Warrant and Subpoena Section, Las Pinas CPS together with Abuyog PS, Abuyog Leyte served the warrant of arrest to EDWIN QUITOLES y TOMINES, 48 years old who was tagged as Top 5 MWP of Las Pinas and has a pending warrant of arrest for the crime of RAPE issued by RTC, Branch 202, Las Piñas City, dated December 6, 2021 with NO BAIL recommended.
Then, at about 1:00 PM along Sobriedad corner Prudencio St., Sampaloc, Manila, Intelligence and Warrant Sections, Sampaloc Police arrested Station’s Top 6 MWP who was identified as Jeffrey Papa, 28 years old.
The above-mentioned accused has a pending warrant for violation of Sec. 5 (B) of R.A. 7610 issued by RTC, Branch 48, Manila dated July 8, 2022, with Php 200,000.00 for 2 counts bail recommended.
All of the arrested accused were brought to the respective operating unit’s office for proper documentation and disposition pending issuance of commitment order and return of the warrant to the court of origin.
