QCPD ARRESTED 2 AND BUSTED PHP 102K WORTH OF SHABU

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR commends the elements of Talipapa Police Station-Quezon City Police District for the successful conduct of a buy bust operation at Sitio Pajo, Brgy Baesa, Quezon City at about 10:00 PM of May 29, 2021.

The suspects were identified as a). ROLANDO TERASA y ALDONSA a.k.a BUDOY, male, 39 y/o and b.) BENEDICTO MANALO y DELA CRUZ, 45years old.

Investigation disclosed that operatives of Police Station 3- Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with PDEA conducted Buy-Bust Operation wherein an operative acted as a poseur buyer. After the transaction has been made, operatives immediately effected their arrest.

Recovered from them were the following items:

  1. a) Six (6) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substance suspected as shabu;
  2. b) One (1) unit cellular phone,
  3. c) One (1) piece 500-peso bill utilized as Buy Bust money, and
  4. d) One (1) coin purse color black

The confiscated illegal drugs has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 15 grams with DDB value amounting to Php 102,000.00.

The recovered pieces of drug evidence were sent to the crime laboratory for confirmatory testing while the suspects were brought to the Police Station 3. Complaint   for Violation of RA9165 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Acts of 2002” were readied against the arrested suspects.

TEAM NCRPO: 4 TOP MOST WANTED PERSONS ARRESTED DURING MANHUNT OPERATIONS

NCRPO – Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. commends  Police Station – 1 Marikina, Eastern Police District under the PCOL BENLINER CAPILI, OIC, Marikina CPS for the successful service of warrant of arrest of No. 10 Focus Target on Most Wanted Person along Lanuza Ave. in front of Gate 1, Valle Verde 5 Subd. Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City at around 12:20 PM on May 28, 2021.

Marikina SIS led by PLT JON JON E SORIANO conducted a series of manhunt and surveillance operation thru exploitation of the accused social media account. Tracker Team was able to establish his current location which resulted in his arrest.

Arrested accused was identified as ERWIN PEDRO Y ENDAYA with a pending warrant of arrest issued by Judge FELIX P REYES of RTC Branch 272, Marikina City for the crime of ROBBERY with Violence and Intimidation under Art 294 in relation to Art. 293 of the RPC.

Likewise, on the same day, at 2:00 PM at the Meisic Police Station, Binondo, Manila served the warrant of arrest to Vicente Congson y Elias who was classified as Top 8 Most Wanted Person of the Station.

Operatives of Intel-Warrant Section of the station led by PSMS Noli Quiambao together with 4th MFC, RMFB led by PLT ABE LUNGGAMI conducted a manhunt operation against the accused and served the warrant of arrest against him for the crime of ATTEMPTED MURDER issued by HON. JACCUELINE S MARTIN-BALICTAR presiding Judge of RTC, Br.09, Manila with CC No. CICL-1280-D dated September 3, 2019.

Subsequently,  at around 3:30 PM at Muntinlupa City Jail, BJMP Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, Police Station – 5 Muntinlupa, Southern Police District under PCOL MELENCIO BUSLIG, Chief of Police served the warrant of arrest to Top 6 Most Wanted Person of the Station who was identified as Mark Ortinero y Dy aka “KHULET” for the crime of Theft docketed under CC Nr. 12-760 dated June 20, 2013.

Accused is presently under custody of Muntinlupa City Jail, BJMP, Muntinlupa City since January 20, 2020 to present.

Later on the same day, at around 4:27 PM, Manila Police District, Police Station – 7, Jose Abad Santos also apprehended the Station’s Top 2 Most Wanted Person along J. Abad Santos Ave., Tondo, Manila.

The arrested accused was identified as Eduardo Doroga y Salino aka Joring Ngalason who was arrested during a manhunt operation of the personnel of Warrant and Subpoena Section of PS – 7 led by PCPT DARWIN M SERNA.

Operatives effected the service of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Cicero T Lampasa, RTC 8th Judicial Region, Br. 32, Calbayog City against the accused for the crime of Frustrated Murder with CC no. 7081.

All the arrested wanted persons are currently under custody of the respective police offices for proper documentation before returning to the court of origin.

Malabon City : Oath Taking of Advocacy Groups and NCRPO Serbisyong TAMA CARAVAN sa Barangay in relation to PNP BARANGAYanihan Program and PRLE and SUCBEM Clusters of EO no. 70 s 2018.

NCRPO – In line with the Serbisyong TAMA Caravan sa Barangay, PMGEN VICENTE DUPA DANAO JR, Regional Director NCRPO and PBGEN JOSE S HIDALGO JR, District Director, Northern Police District, administered this morning, May 29,2021 at Sitio 6 Dumpsite, Brgy. Catmon, Malabon City the Oath Taking and Ceremonial Signing of Manifesto of support of the five (5) Advocacy Groups of Malabon City who pledge their commitment to support ELCAC, plans, programs, and activities of the government condemning the CNN violence and atrocities apart from the conduct of weekly community clean-up drive and promote strengthened enforcement of environmental and public health and safety ordinances together with the PNP-NCRPO. After a lecture on InfoCare, Anti-Criminality Campaign, Illegal Drugs, Terrorism and ELCAC has been conducted by the DCADD and SCAS personnel .

Likewise, distributed a total of 3,530 food packs to the Force Multipliers at Malabon City composed of Eagle Response Team (ERT), Mike Delta Force, Eagle Guardians Brotherhood Inc., Anti-Narcotics International Assistance Group (NARIAG), Barangay Kagawad, Joint United Peoples of Catmon Malabon Organization (JUPCMO) and former KADAMAY members and
residents of Barangay Catmon. Thereafter, a clean up drive was conducted.

TOP 1 DRUG PERSONALITY,  2 STATION TOP MOST WANTED PERSONS ARRESTED

 

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR., Chief, NCRPO lauds the anti-illegal drug and manhunt efforts of NCRPO operatives on May 27, 2021 which led to the arrest of wanted personalities.

The Holy Spirit Police Station – successfully apprehended the Station’s Top 1 drug personality at about 3:10PM of May 27, 2021 at  #156 Naranghita St, Brgy.Pasong Tamo Quezon City.

Based on the report submitted, the arrested suspect was identified as Apple Grace V Jacinto, Female, 36 years old, Jobless, married, residing at  Narangita St, Brgy.Pasong Tamo Quezon City. She was arrested  by elements of Police Station 14  during the conduct of their  Anti-Illegal Drugs operation.

Seized from her possession and control were seven (7) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “SHABU”.  Weighing more or less 15 grams with estimated value of Php 102,000 Pesos; Two (2) Pieces of (Php 100) One Hundred Peso Bill Used as Buy-Bust money ; One (1) Piece Color Black Coin Purse ; Five (5) Pieces One Thousand Peso (Php 1000) Boodle Money.

Moreover, on the same date at 12:36 PM, May 27, 2021, Fairview Police Station arrested the Station’s Top 9 Most Wanted Person. The arrested suspect was identified as MARK ALDRIN BAS 22 yrs old, single, jobless, native of Tugegarao Cagayan and presently residing at Lot 6, Biyayang Lupa, Tulip St. Brgy Greater Fairview Quezon City.

The suspect was arrested by  virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the case of RAPE with Criminal Case No. R-QZN-18-06336-CR dated July 3, 2018 issued by HON. JOSE L. BAUTISTA JR. Judge of RTC Branch 90, Quezon City.

Both the arrested suspects from the two operations were brought to the respective Police Stations for proper disposition and pending the issuance of Commitment Order by the court.

On the other hand, Parañaque City Police Station successfully served the warrant of arrest against their Station’s Top 4 Most Wanted Person  at BJMP Brgy. La Huerta, Parañaque City

Records show that the accused was identified as Jay-ar B Provido.

, 40 years old, male, singlejobless and residing at Malugay St., Brgy San Martin De Porres, Paranaque City.

Operatives of Station served the Warrant of Arrest against the suspect for the Crime of Robbery issued by Hon. Jusge Regina Paz A Ramos -Chavez at RTC Br. 274, Paranaque City.

PMGEN DANAO also commends the operatives for the unyielding efforts they exerted to arrest drug personalities and wanted persons.

NCRPO Sends Help to Victims of Taguig Fire Incident

The National Capital Region Police Office Chief PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR extended help to 116 families who were affected by a fire incident in Brgy. Tanyag, Taguig City this morning of May 27, 2021.

The program was initiated by Chief NCRPO himself together with PCOL JULIUS C SURIBEN,C, RCADD; PCOL LAMBERT SUERTE, FC, RMFB; PLTCOL JENNY DC TECSON, C, PIO and Tanyag PCP personnel led by PLT TANQUERIDO, PCP Commander.

During the activity, Team NCRPO distributed food packs and health kits to 116 families who were affected by fire and were taking temporary shelter at Covered Court Purok 5, Brgy. Tanyag Taguig City.

The aid was given in line with NCRPO’s version of “Serbisyong TAMA BARANGAYanihan Help & Food Bank”. This endeavor aims to have readily available food supplies for distribution anytime in cases of emergencies and other fortuitous events such as this fire.

“Napakahirap po ng kinahaharap na pagsubok ng ating mga kababayan na nasunugan sa Taguig lalo’t may umiiral pong krisis pangkalusugan. Nawa ay nakatulong po kami sa maliit naming pamamaraan.” Wika ni PMGEN DANAO JR.

NCRPO- Paranaque CPOC ELCAC Convergence and Awarding of Cash Assistance to CTG and CTGFO members

 

In keeping with its commitment to the C,PNP’s call for the PNP’s all-out support to E.O. 70 or the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), the National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr. and  Hon Mayor Edwin L Olivarez spearheaded the NCRPO- Paranaque CPOC ELCAC Convergence and Awarding of Cash Assistance to CTG and CTGFO members under the ECLIP and PRLE Clusters at Mayor’s Session Hall, San Antonio Valley 1, Barangay San Antonio, Parañaque City  on May 28, 2021.

 

Among the other officers who attended were: PCOL MAXIMO F SEBASTIAN , COP, Paranaque City; PCOL Julius C Suriben, Chief, RCADD: and PCOL Lambert A Suerte, FC, RMFB; City Mayor and HON Jose Enrico T Golez, Vice Mayor; Atty Fernando C Soriano, City Administration and Hon Hannah Florencondia, SK Federation President.

 

The attendees were warmly welcomed by the ABC President, Hon Christopher V Aguilar. Thereafter, City Mayor, Olivarez along with Dir John A Visca, City Director,DILG Paranaque, PBGEN JIMILI MACARAEG District Director, SPD, PCOL MAXIMO SEBASTIAN, COP and RD DANAO, assisted by PCOL SUERTE awarded livelihood cash assistance to the 16 beneficiaries who were once members of the red/ leftist groups but surrendered.

 

Over the past months, NCRPO and JTF-NCR recorded several surrenderers who condemened violence and atrocities. Exerting all possible efforts, NCRPO and JTF-NCR to help them begin their upright lives.

 

Thereafter, the Ceremonial Signing of Pledge of  Commitment to support ELCAC and City Peace and Order Council Resolution condemning the CNN Violence and CNN atrocities transpired.

 

Hon Mayor Olivarez in his message  also said ” Nandito tayo na naglilingkod sa ating pamahalaan na dapat bigyan natin ng pagkakataon na makabalik sa maayos na kalagayan ang bawat isang pilipino upang mabigyan ng katugunan ang lahat po ng kanilang pangangailangan.  Masayang masaya na  ako, sampu ng mga opisyales at barangay opisyal na makita  po ang labing 16 na returnee na nagbalik kalooban para po sa ating pamahalaan. Umasa po kayo na itong aming pledge of support na pag establish ng Barangay Task Force sa bawat Barangay  ay amin pong gagawin para totally matapos na natin ang laban sa insurgency sa pamamagitan ng hindi na pag gamit ng armas kundi sa pamamagitan ng pag gamit ng sulosyon upang matugunan ang lahat po ng ating mga pangangailangan, ng ating mga kapatid na gusto pang magbalik kaloob sa atin pong gobyerno. Magagawa po natin ito sa pagtutulungan ng bawat isa po sa inyo.” Ani rin niya kay Gen Danao narito ang Lungsod ng Paranaque  that we will support  to end local communist armed conflict against sa mga communist na ito para manaig sa atin ang katahimikan at peace and order sa bawat  apat  na sulok hindi lang po sa Lungsod ng Paranaque kundi po sa buong Metro Manila,” pagtatapos pa niya.

 

PMGEN Danao i his message during the program,  also reiterated his call for other CTG members who wished to surrender and would like to change their lives, “Kami po ay nananawagan sa ating mga kapatid na patuloy na nahihiwalay ng landas, it’s high time to surrender and go back to the folds of the law. Let us save lives habang may panahon pang magbago, para sa ikakaunlad ng Sambayanang Pilipino,” he said.###

 

 

 

Php 340K Worth of Shabu, Seized in Makati City

In line with the intensified campaign of NCRPO against illegal drugs, elements of SDEU and SIS of PS-2 Makati City Police Station  under the supervision of PCOL HAROLD DEPOSITAR, Chief of Police seized around  Php 340,000.00 worth of shabu in a buy-bust Operation conducted along Ricarte St., cor., M.H. Del Pilar St., Brgy., Rizal

Makati City at about 12:40 PM of May 26, 2021.

 

Arrested during the operation was one Juan Carlos Jr. y Gonzaga @Nognog, male, 57 years of age. Recovered from him were the following pieces of drug evidence:

 

  1. 3 pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected Shabu;
  2. 1 piece coin purse;
  3. 1 piece of Php1, 000.00 Genuine bill. (Buy Bust Money) and
  4. 7 Piece of Php1, 000.00 Boodle Money (Buy Bust Money).

 

The seized suspected illegal drugs were brought to the crime laboratory for confirmatory testing while the suspect were  taken to the police station for filing of appropriate charges for violation of Section 5 (Selling, Distribution and Transportation of Dangerous Drug) and Section 11 (Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drug) of RA 9165 otherwise known as Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.

 

The Chief NCRPO, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR lauds the elements of Makati City Police for their unwavering support to NCRPO’s intensified campaign against illegal drugs which resulted to the arrest of the suspect and recovery of the illegal drugs.

 

“Nagpapasalamat ako sa suportang ibinibigay ng ating mga tauhan sa umiiral nating kampanya laban sa iligal na droga. Muli nanaman nating nabawasan ang dami ng kumakalat na salot na droga sa ating lipunan. Patuloy po nating paigtingin ang ating kampanyang ito alinsunod narin sa Intensified Internal Cleansing Policy ng ating mahal na Chief PNP.” Wika ni PMGEN DANAO JR. ###
