TOP MOST WANTED PERSONALITIES OF SOUTHERN AND NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT JAILED

As part of the strengthened drive against most wanted person, the National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR., lauds the joint personnel of Intelligence Section and Warrant and Subpoena Section of PS – 6 Taguig, Southern Police District for the arrest of Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Peñarubia, Abra, Municipal Level along Bantayan Street, Palingon Tipas, Taguig City at around 7:30 PM of January 28, 2021.

Based on the report submitted the arrested accused was identified as  MARINO BLANCA Y MARTINEZ, 39 years old, and presently residing at Palingon-Tipas, Taguig City. He was arrested by virtue of WOA issued by HON. CORPUS B ALZATE, Presiding Judge, RTC Br. 2, Bangued, Abra for “MURDER” under criminal case nr. 2005-186 dated November 24, 2005 with no bail recommended; Alias Warrant of Arrest for “FRUSTRATED MURDER” under criminal case nr. 2005-185 with recommended bail bond of Php 200,000.00; and Alias Warrant of Arrest for “ATTEMPTED MURDER” under Criminal Case Nr. 2005-184 with recommended bail bond of Php 120,000.00 issued on July 21, 2005 by HON. CHARITO B GONZALES, Presiding Judge, RTC Br. 1, Bangued, Abra.

The arrest was plotted through a joint manhunt operation by the operatives of Taguig City Police Station which resulted in the arrest of the said accused.

The arrested wanted person is turn over to/and now escorted by personnel of Peñarubia MPS for documentation prior turn over to the issuing court. He was informed of his constitutional rights in a dialect known to and understood by him.

Meanwhile, on the same date PS – 3 Navotas, Northern Police District arrested the station’s Top 1 Most Wanted Person along Sampaguita St., Brgy. Tanza 2, Navotas City.

The arrest ensued from a joint operation of Intelligence and Warrant under the direct supervision of PCOL DEXTER B OLLAGING. After several weeks of intensive surveillance and intelligence operations, the operatives finally arrested the accused who had been long wanted by law.

The arrested accused was identified as RAMIL SALAS y DELA UMBRIA, 23 years old and presently residing at Brgy. Tanza 2, Navotas City. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. CARLOS M. FLORES of Malabon City RTC Branch 73, for the crime charged of RAPE under Art. 266-A (3 counts) in Criminal Case No. 11-0593-95-MN.

The Warrant of Arrest was properly returned to the issuing court, while the person arrested is placed under the custody of Navotas CPS and pending the issuance of Commitment Order by the court.

BUY-BUST OPS CONDUCTED, 4 MILLION WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU RECOVERED

The National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. announced the successful buy bust operations conducted by the PDEA RO – NCR as the lead agency in close coordination with Las Piñas City Police Station; SPD – District Intelligence Division, Intelligence Service, Armed Forces of the Philippines and National Intelligence Coordinating Agency at around 2:00 P.M. and 2:30 PM of January 28, 2021 at B58 L44-C Ma. Asuncion Spirig St., BFRV, Talon 2, and 69 Marcello St. Crismarcel Subd., Talon Dos of Las Piñas City, respectively.

The arrested suspects were identified as Villanueva Euver y Hernandez, 23 years old, single, Online seller; Morales Alejan y Corpuz, 20 years old, single, Online seller; Absalon Joshua Petate 20 years old, single, Jobless; Morales Lucky y Eneria, 17 years old, single, Grade 10 Student; Edgardo Morales Camua Jr and Moraine Corpuz Morales, all  are members of Morales Drug Group.

The operation stemmed after a confidential informant reported about the illegal drug activities of the suspects. The operatives conducted surveillance and monitoring to verify the received report. Upon validation they pushed through with the buy-bust operation which resulted to their arrest.

Following pieces of evidence:

a). More or less 100 grams of suspected shabu worth of 680, 000.00;

b). One (1) Genuine One Thousand Peso bill bearing serial number K55 9416;

c). Bundles of boodle money;

d). One (1) black Digital weighing scale;

e). One (1) Disposable Lighter;

f).One (1) Oppo Android Phone;

g). One (1) Black Samsung keypad phone,

h).One (1) white Samsung keypad phone;

i). One (1) improvised chopstick sealer and

j). ID’S are confiscated from suspects Villanueva Euver and 3 others at B58 L44-C Ma. Asuncion Spirig St., BFRV,Talon 2, Las Pinas City.      

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    While seized from the possession and control of Edgardo Morales  and 1 other are the following pieces of evidence:

a)         One (1) unit iPhone 6s Plus color rose gold;

b)         One (1) unit iPhone 7s plus color Black;

c)         One (1) Mitsubishi Mirage color white with plate number NEI 6340;

d)         Eight (8) blue bank passbooks;

e)         Several deposit bank slips;

f)          One (1) Smart key;

g)         One (1) Digital weighing scale;

h)        Several plastic sachets;

i)          Bundles of boodle money with one (1) genuine 1,000 peso bill on top of bundles of boodle money with serial nr K559418 and 

j). More or less 500 grams of shabu worth PHP 3,400,000.00.

The confiscated illegal drugs in the two drug sting has an aggregate estimated total weight of 600 grams with a total DDB value of  Php 4,080,000.00.

The confiscated illegal drugs was turned-over to PDEA Laboratory Service for laboratory analysis while the arrested suspects were brought to PDEA RP – NCR for investigation and pending filing appropriate charges for violation of Sec. 5 and Sec. 11 Article II of R.A. 9165 otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Acts of 2002”.

“Sa pagtutulungan ng iba’t ibang ahensya mas nagiging madali ang pagsugpo sa laganap na paggamit ng illegal na droga sa kamaynilaan. Salamat sa maayos na koordinasyon at pagpaplano, makakasiguro ang publiko na marami pang bigtime sources, distributors, peddlers o seller ang mahuhuli at maikukulong,” PMGEN DANAO said.###

NCRPO RECOGNIZES RETIRING PERSONNEL

In consonance with the “Salamat Kapatid” Program of the Philippine National Police, National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR, presided the program on January 29, 2021 at the Hinirang Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City.

The NCRPO regularly gives due recognition and honor to all retiring PNP personnel who have dedicated themselves to service with their utmost loyalty and efficiency. During the event, PMGEN Danao led the awarding of medals, presentation of plaques, and giving of memento to the retirees and their spouse.

In his message, PMGEN DANAO appreciated the experiences and sacrifices of the retirees for their more than 20 years of selfless service and commitment to the organization. “Alam ko na napakarami ninyong mga sakripisyo para sa ating sambayanan Pilipino and it is just worth to recognize your good deeds and sacrifices.” he stated.

At the end of the event, he encouraged the retirees to manage well the benefits they received from the government. TOP 1 MOST WANTED PERSON OF NAVOTAS POLICE, ARRESTED

The Northern Police District through the elements of Navotas Police Station successfully arrested the Top 1 Most Wanted Person of their Police Station at about 3:30 am of January 28, 2021 along E. Nadela St., Brgy. Tangos South, Navotas City.

Reports from the station showed that the accused was identified as Danilo M Mandia, male, single, 66 yrs old, and a resident of Nadela St., Brgy. Tangos South, Navotas City.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. CARLOS M. FLORES Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 73, Malabon City, for the crime charged of RAPE (4 counts) docketed under Criminal Case No. 38797-800-MN.

The accused was brought to the Police Station for further investigation and documentation before the return warrant to the issuing court of origin.

PMGEN DANAO lauded the operatives for their harworking efforts to arrest their Top 1 Most Wanted person who had long been wanted by the law. “Ako ay natutuwa sapagkat halos araw-araw ay naipatutupad natin ang batas kontra sa mga nagkasala sa dito. TEAM NCRPO LAUNCHED INFO DRIVE; LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

As part of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Memorandum Circular 2017 – 06, known as the “Simplified and Streamlined Procedures Governing Direct Legal Representation under the Legal Assistance Program of the PNP”, the National Capital Region Police Office under the leadership of PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. launched an Information Drive about Legal Assistance Program on January 27, 2021.

Legal Assistance Program is a PNP program that provides legal services to PNP personnel with or without service related cases, pursuant to Section 49 of RA 6975, as amended by Section 56 of RA 8551.

All PNP personnel with service-related cases who are qualified under the program shall be provided with full legal aid and support by the PNP Legal Service lawyers in terms of case representation/appearances, preparation of pleadings, and conduct of case conferences, among others.

PMGEN DANAO has been very stern about his warnings pertaining to those rogue police officers who continuously taint the good image of PNP. Likewise, he expresses his support to those who are legally performing their duties. He assured that NCRPO legal team will be behind their back for whatever legal concerns they have.###

NCRPO CONTINUOUSLY RECEIVES SUPPORT FROM STAKEHOLDERS AND GIVES BACK TO COMMUNITY THROUGH GIFT GIVING PROGRAMS

PCOL SURIBEN warmly accepted the donations and conveyed the message of appreciation of RD DANAO. Accordingly, the alcohols will be shared and distributed to the beneficiaries of gift giving programs and information drive.

RD DANAO started his stint in NCRPO by reaching out to communities through “Serbisyong  TAMA: Caravan sa Barangay. He has been maximizing the donations they received in order to be utilized not only by their personnel but most especially by the people in the community.  Said programs continue to roll all over Metro Manila to help the poorest of the poor families in the selected barangays.###

ARREST OF NO. 1 AND 3 TOP MOST WANTED PERSON OF EASTERN POLICE DISTRICT

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR, Chief, NCRPO applauds the Marikina City Police Station, Eastern Police District for the successful apprehension of Station’s No. 1 Most Wanted Person for 1st Quarter along No. 64 B Plaridel 1, Mabini St., Brgy. Malbanias, Angeles City, Pampanga at around 5:50 PM of January 27, 2021.

Based on the report submitted, the arrested accused was identified as Marlon Miguel y Parado, 34 years old and presently residing at Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City. He has a pending warrant of arrest issued by HON. ACEREY C PACHECO, Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 165, Marikina City for the crime of MURDER with CC No. 2020-20102-MK with NO BAIL recommended.

The arrest was plotted after the joint operatives of tracker team of Marikina CPS Intelligence Section together with the Intelligence Operatives of 2nd Mobile Force Company – Regional Mobile Force Company, NCRPO conducted a manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

The above-mentioned accused was properly appraised of his Constitutional Rights and currently detained at Marikina City Police Station Jail Facility for proper disposition while awaiting commitment order from issuing court.

Simultaneously, on the same date along the Barangay Hall of Brgy. Salapan, San Juan City at around 10:15 AM San Juan City Police Station, Eastern Police District arrested the Station’s No. 3 Top Most Wanted Person.

The said accused was identified as JAKE DUCARNOY y MOCLON, 29 years old, residing at Brgy. San Perfecto, San Juan City and with a pending warrant of arrest for the crime of ROBBERY WITH HOMICIDE under criminal case no. 149596, Regional Trial Court Branch 160, San Juan City issued by Hon. Myrna V. Lim-Verano, Judge issued on July 04, 2013 with NO BAIL recommended.

The arrest ensued through a conduct of long manhunt operation of joint operatives of Warrant and Subpoena, Follow-up, SANCAR Sections and Intelligence Section which resulted in the arrest.

The said accused is presently detained at Custodial Facility of San Juan City Police Station for proper disposition.

SERBISYONG TAMA CARAVAN SA BARANGAY OF TEAM NCRPO CONTINUES

The National Capital Region Police Office invigorated their program of reaching out to the identified depressed areas of the five Police District within the NCR.

Today, January 28, 2021, the Team NCRPO led by PMGEN DANAO spearheaded the Serbisyong TAMA Caravan sa Barangays at Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City , Caymito St., Barangay Hall, Brgy Kalawaan, Brgy Rosario, and Bragy Manggahan, Pasig City from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

“Serbisyong Tama Caravan sa Barangays” is the community outreach program and series of lectures on Coronavirus Awareness Response and Empowerment, anti criminality, illegal drugs, terrorism/ELCAC , corruption , among others. The selfless initiative started on November 2020 upon the assumption to duty of the current Regional Director, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR.

In order to live up with the demands of the challenges during these extraordinary times, NCRPO stood up and and went beyond their mandate to boost the morale of the citizenry in the suburban society through alleviating the sustenance of basic food supply for the beneficiaries.

SUSPECTED SHABU WORTH HUNDRED THOUSANDS SEIZED BY THE OPERATIVES OF NCRPO

PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR lauds the rigorous efforts of the National Capital Region Police Office operatives which led to the arrest of drug personalities and seizure of hundred thousand worth of suspected shabu in Manila and Quezon City.

The Manila’s Finest from Sta. Cruz Police Station successfully conducted a buy bust operation on 3:30 am of January 27, 2021 along Evangelista St., near corner Commandante St., Brgy. 308 Quiapo, Manila which resulted in the arrest of three (3) drug suspects.

Suspects were identified as: Edgardo C. Cruz @ Tuing; Antonio B. Tan ; and Paulo M. Manlapit.

Investigation disclosed that elements of Station Drug Enforcement Unit of PS3 conducted a buy bust operation wherein a police officer acted as a poseur buyer. Upon completion of the transaction, operatives effected their arrest.

Confiscated by elements of SDEU, PS3 MPD led by PMAJ PIDENCIO SABALLO Jr who conducted the buy bust operation from their possession and control were: Five (5) pcs HSTPS containing suspected Shabu with estimated weight of 19.0 gms with DDB value of Php 192,000.00 and Buy bust money worth of Php 500.00.

Meanwhile, operatives of Novaliches Police Station also arrested drug suspects on January 26, 2020 at about 5:00 pm of January 26, 220 along Quirino Hi-Way,Brgy San Bartolome,Novaliches, Quezon City.

Operatives were able to arrest Jonald R Yumang , 22 years old, jobless with live-in partner, a resident of Brgy. Tuktukan, Taguig City;

Gerson C Gonzales, 22 years old, TMD City Hall with live-in partner residing at Brgy. Tuktukan, Taguig City;

John Robert E Bernabe, 22 years old, jobless, single and a resident of Brgy. Tuktukan, Taguig City;

Joel Y Dela Cuesta, 45 years old, jobless, married; residing at Pasig City;

 And rescued two 17 year old male identified as Jam and Kyle.

Records show elements of PS-4, QCPD-SDEU conducted a buy-bust operation and were able to transact with the suspects. As soon as te transaction was made, operatives effected their arrest.

Seized Pieces of pieces of evidence from the suspects were: One (1)  brick of suspected marijuana wrapped in transparent plastic; Two (2) elongated wrapped in transparent plastic containing suspected marijuana leaves; One (1) zip lock transparent plastic containing suspected marijuana leaves; Two (2) unit of android cellophane; and One (1)  color gray paper bag; One Orange plastic bag; One color white Nissan Urban VX; Twenty (20) pieces of one thousand peso bill; Five hundred peso bill used as buy bust operation.

The recovered/seized suspected marijuana weighing more or less 1,500 grams DDB Value of Php 180,000.00.

All suspects are informed of their constitutional rights and now under the custody of the police stations for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, complaints for alleged violation of Section 5 and Section 11 of RA 9165 are being prepared for inquest proceedings.

PMGEN DANAO is elated that operatives of NCRPO has been working all day to eliminate illegal drugs in the region. “Hindi tayo titigil at mapapagod na sugpuin ang droga, iligtas ang mga kabataang biktima at habulin ang mga suspects na nagbebenta nito. MORE THAN 1 MILLION WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU BUSTED IN CALOOCAN, NCRPO TOP 1 DRUG PERSONALITY WITH THREE (3) OTHERS ARRESTED

The National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN VICENTE D DANAO JR. lauds the District Drug Enforcement Unit – Northern Police District for the successful apprehension of three (3) drug personalities through a buy-bust operation along No. 194 Heroes Del 96, Brgy. 74, Zone 7, Caloocan City at around 11:00 PM of January 26, 2021.

The arrest ensued through an Intelligence driven operation wherein the operatives of DDEU-NPD led by Chief, DDEU PMAJ RAMON C AQUIATAN JR conducted a planned buy-bust operation which resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

Based on the report submitted, the arrested suspects were identified as:

a) Jesy Boy Cruz y Sunga 38 years old and presently residing at Brgy. 74, Zone 7, Caloocan City;

b) Prince Kevin Esteves y Macabenta 25 years old and presently residing at Brgy. 74, Zone 7, Caloocan City; and

c) Marlon Yuki y dela Cerna 36 years old and presently residing at West Fairview, Quezon City.

Seized from the suspect’s possession are the following pieces of evidence:

a)            Three (3) pieces medium heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu;

b)            One (1) piece knot tied transparent plastic bag containing suspected shabu;

c)            One (1) piece genuine one thousand peso bill premarked with “HS” incorporated with 14 pieces one thousand boodle money;

d)            One unit (1)  cellular phone;

e)            One unit digital weighing scale color blue and silver;

f)             One piece improvised plastic water bag;

g)            One piece thin strip aluminum foil with traces of shabu;

h)            One piece rolled aluminum foil with traces of shabu;

i)             Two pieces disposable lighter color pink and blue;

j)             Recovered drug money amounting to 900 pesos in different denomination;

k)            One small open cut transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; and

l)             One (1) pc pocket notebook color blue containing drug transaction.

The confiscated illegal drug has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 70 grams with DDB value amounting to PHP 476,000.00.

Meanwhile, the same operating unit conducted a follow-up operation from this previous buy-bust which resulted in the arrest of Top 1 Most Wanted Person of NCRPO along No. 28 Guido 4 Brgy.33, District 2, Zone 3, Caloocan City at around 2:00 A.M of January 27, 2021.

The arrested suspects were identified as Jeffrey Madera y Solidum, 40 years old and residing at Brgy. 33, District 2, Zone 3, Caloocan City. He was pointed out as the boss/source of illegal drugs by the three drug suspects that was arrested on initial buy-bust operation.

Confiscated from the suspect are the following items to wit:

a)            One (1) piece medium heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu;

b)            Two (2) pieces knot tied transparent plastic sachet containing undetermined amount of white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu;

c)            One (1) piece color black digital weighing scale;

d)            One (1) piece color black sling bag;

e)            One (1) piece genuine one-thousand-peso bill incorporated with nine pieces of one-thousand-peso boodle money; and

f)             One (1) unit color black Samsung cellular phone

The estimated total weight of suspected Shabu confiscated was more or less 110 grams with DDB value amounting to PHP 748,000.00.

The arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence from both buy-bust operation was turned-over to Northern Police District, District Drug Enforcement Unit for proper disposition and pending filing appropriate charges to the court for violation of Sec. 5 and Sec. 11 Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Acts of 2002”.

“Isa na naman pong magandang balita ang pagkakahuli sa mga personalidad na ito. Patuloy lamang po ang ating mga kapulisan sa pagsasagawa ng mga operasyong kontra-droga upang tuluyan ng mahuli at maikulong ang mga taong hindi pa din tumitigil sa paggamit at pagbebenta ng ipinagbabawal na gamot. Makakaasa po kayong ang TEAM NCRPO ay gagawin ang lahat upang pagserbisyuhan kayo ng TAMA: TApat may Tapang at MAlasakit para sa mamamayan,” PMGEN DANAO said.###
