Acting Regional Director of NCRPO, PBGEN DEBOLD M SINAS graced the Closing Ceremony of Basic Ordnance Disposal Course (BEODC) Class O2-2019 NCR in Kalayaan hall, SM Aura, Taguig City, Thursday, October 31.

During this momentous activity, the NCRPO Chief was also joined by the Resident Program Manager for Diplomatic Security Anti-Terrorism Assistance of US Embassy Manila, Mr. Ronald Allan Y Dizon, where 54 Police Officers from NCRPO and other Police Units graduated to render Security and Bomb or Explosive Ordnance Disposal within their respective Areas of Responsibilty.

NCRPO Holds Mass Oath-Taking and Pinning of Ranks Ceremony

The National Capital Region Police Office promoted Police Non-Commissioned Officers along with the promoted and newly appointed Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) during the Mass Oath-taking and Ceremonial Pinning of Ranks held at Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premier, Taguig City.

Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer of National Police Commission, Atty. Rogelio T. Casurao graced the ceremony as Guest of Honor and Speaker which takes part of the 2nd Cycle of 2019 2nd Level Regular Promotion Program.

NCRPO Acting Regional Director PBGEN DEBOLD M SINAS administered the promotion of 2,903 Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) who have passed the qualification standards for appointment to the higher PNP ranks, based on the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Resolution No. ‎2013-501.

Meanwhile, 51 Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) has been newly appointed and 36 NUPs were promoted to the next higher rank.

The promotion was a result of the merit system to give recognition to the PNP uniformed personnel and uplift the morale of the police force.

During the acceptance speeches, several Police Non Commissioned Officers and Non Uniformed Personnel thanked the Promotion Board and the whole PNP organization for the promotion given to them.

In his remarks, NCRPO Chief expressed high regard and his expectations over the promoted and newly appointed public servants saying, “Great power comes great responsibility; as higher rank means higher salary.”

For his part, NAPOLCOM Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer, Atty. Rogelio T. Casurao gave a moving address in the event to stimulate the impetus of the newly promoted PNCOs and NUPs as well as the newly appointed NUPs.

“Ang buhay ninyo, ang career ninyo ay sinusundan ng NAPOLCOM including your promotion; Look at NAPOLCOM as your father, ito ang gumagabay sa inyo sa bawat pintig ng inyong karera,” Atty. Casurao said.

October 29, 2019 at 8PM, NCRPO Acting Regional Director PBGEN DEBOLD M SINAS inspected the skeletal team of PNP Personnel deployed in Manila South Cemetery and Himlayan  ng mga Pilipino Cemetery for the entire duration of All Saints Day and All Souls Day.

During the visit, PBGEN SINAS checked the situation of the troops in the said area.

October 29, 2019- Acting NCRPO Chief, PBGEN DEBOLD M SINAS together with the NCRPO Command Group, Regional Staff and Regional Support Unit Chiefs joined House of Representatives Speaker Hon. Alan Peter Cayetano and his wife, Congresswoman Lani Cayetano during his birthday charity visit to the detainees of Taguig City Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City. It has been a birthday tradition of Hon. Cayetano to visit and celebrate with the detainees of BJMP in Taguig City.

Philippine National Police Officer-In-Charge PLTGEN ARCHIE FRANCISCO GAMBOA on Tuesday inspected preparations in bus terminals and other vital installations to ensure security, a day before the nation’s observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ days. PLTGEN GAMBOA, together with National Capital Region Police Office Director, PBGEN DEBOLD SINAS and other PNP key officials, inspected the Araneta Center Bus Terminal to check on security measures being implemented. For his part, NCRPO Chief said that the key element in this security operation is police visibility, considering both its crime deterent and reassuring effects on the public. ‘‘We are on full alert status starting 6:00 A.M. (Tuesday) . Our personnel will be deployed in areas where the people are expected to convege,’’ PBGEN SINAS said. ‘‘The deployment of NCRPO personnel will serve as augmentation in the conduct of preventive patrol operations, ant-criminality and anti-drug camoaigns, ’’ he added. Meanwhile, police assistance desks (PADs) were set up to guide commuters and prevent criminals from taking advantage of the crowd, the NCRPO Chief said.

NCRPO Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony

NCRPO Acting Regional Director PBGEN DEBOLD M SINAS graced the Flag Raising Ceremony this 28th day of October, 2019 in front of NCRPO RHQ Building, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City. His guidance focused more in the security preparation for “Undas 2019”. Further, he encouraged the men and women of NCRPO to focus their efforts and and manage their time well. “Let us focus our effort.
