This afternoon, PMGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR graced Salamat Kapatid and Flag Lowering Ceremonies. At the said event, he led the awarding of medals, plaques, and mementos to the retiring PNP personnel of NCRPO.
The “Salamat Kapatid Program” honors the retiring PNP uniformed and non-uniformed personnel who selflessly dedicated themselves to service for at least 20 years.
PMGEN ELEAZAR stated, “I am very glad that you have reached this point of retirement, congratulations you have reached the finish line after the long years of your selfless service, dedication and commitment to the team NCRPO.”
Likewise, PMGEN ELEAZAR said that he is thankful to God for the wonderful blessing to the retirees and to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for the salary increase that is a big help not only to the retirees but to their families as well.
At the end of the event, he encouraged the retirees to continue supporting the programs of the PNP regardless of their retirement.
This Police Office through the Office of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division under the supervision of PCOL JEMAR D MODEQUILLO, Chief, RCADD attended the Mama’s Lullaby: A Musical Event for Expecting Mothers on May 27, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at SM Megamall Event Center, EDSA corner Doña Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
The activity was attended by personnel of RCADD headed by PSSg Immee B Castillo, Action PNCO, FJGADS and fifty four (54) pregnant police officers from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion and five (5) Police Districts.
During the program, Ms. Bernadette D. Velasco, Program Director, SM Cares Program on Women and Breastfeeding delivered the welcome remarks then followed by a 30-minute talk on how pregnant women and young mothers can have a healthy lifestyle by Dr. Bianca Villanueva, OB-Gyne, Philippine Obstetrical and Gynological Society and Dr. Marianna Sioson, Medical Nutrition/Physician. Also, a one (1) hour classical music was played to serenade the pregnant women and their unborn babies for a positive change in their physical and mental development.
Our 2019 Mid-Term Elections is at hand. I urge all our residents in metro manila to go to their polling precincts and exercise their rights to select the leaders of their communities as well as the the lawmakers of our country. I urge you all to vote early and wisely.
The National Capital Region Police Office will continue to conduct more checkpoints in Metro Manila, more foot patrols, more mobile patrols – all necessary police work to increase police presence, to provide easier police accessibility and to trigger faster police response.
I have guided all NCRPO police officers to act in accordance with their mandate and conscience – to be above political affairs, to be fair, judicious and determined so we can uphold the Integrity of the elections.
Arrest those who violate the Election code, charge them and pursue their cases in court – that is my order to all our police officers. As such, I am requesting all candidates and stakeholders in this coming elections to exercise Prudence and Fair Play.
