118th Regional Police Service Anniversary

NCRPO CELEBRATES 118TH POLICE SERVICE ANNIVERSARY; HONORS THE GAINS OF TEAM NCRPO ANCHORED IN THE CORNERSTONES OF STRONG PUBLIC SERVICE The Chief of the Philippine National Police PGEN OSCAR D ALBAYALDE graced this morning the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) celebration of the 118th Police Service Anniversary with this year’s Theme: “Pinaghusay na Serbisyo, Alay sa Sambayanang Pilipino" at NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City. Safeguarding the gains of the internal cleansing program while continuing the momentum of the fight once thought impossible, PMGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR added a new ingredient as leader of the NCRPO to continue the momentum initiated and propelled by the pnp leaders founded on INTENSIFIED CLEANLINESS POLICY. The team exhausted all efforts in continuing the fight against crime and drugs as ordered by our President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE and their collective efforts and notable achievements were presented during the celebration. PGEN ALBAYALDE, assisted by PMGEN ELEAZAR, awarded the best performing police units and personnel in the field of administration and operations. NCRPO Chief expressed his profound gratitude to everyone especially to the President and to the Chief PNP for the all-out support to all undertakings of the NCRPO; to twenty-six thousand seven hundred sixty six (26,766) gallant men and women of the NCRPO for their dedication to duty; to Local Government Units, Non-Government Organizations, media, stakeholders and the public for their unwavering trust and support to Team NCRPO. PMGEN ELEAZAR assured that the NCRPO will remain ever true-blue to fulfill their mission to relentlessly neutralize those that seek to undermine the peace, order and future of the next generation. With great pride, PGEN ALBAYALDE and PMGEN ELEAZAR gave awards to the following: For the Individual Awards Category: PCOL MOISES ONATES VILLACERAN JR, of Eastern Police District was awarded as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Administration. PCOL ARTHUR VELASCO BISNAR of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) was awarded as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Operations. PLTCOL SAMUEL BAOBAO PABONITA of Eastern Police District (EPD) was awarded as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officers (PCO) for Administration. PMAJ SANDIE DEL FINADO CAPAROSSO of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) was awarded as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officers (PCO) for Operations. PCMS Edmundo Tatoy Aganan Jr of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) was awarded as Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Administration. PEMS Jose Amy Irac Yerro of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) received the award of Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Operations. PSSG Ronallee Ballay Santos of QCPD got the award of Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Administration; PCpl Alvin Balisalisa Tarectecan of QCPD was awarded as Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Operation. For the Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP), NUP Aida Dimaiwat Baudin of SPD was pinned as Best Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) for Supervisory Category while NUP Anacorito Badillo Castor received the award of Best Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) for Non-Supervisory Category. The BEST POLICE DISTRICT AWARD was awarded to QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT. The Caloocan City Police Station (NPD) got the BEST CITY POLICE STATION award for Station Level and Sta. Cruz Police Station (PS-3 MPD) for Numbered Station Level. The BEST DISTRICT MOBILE FORCE BATALLION was awarded to Quezon City Police District Mobile Force Battalion. BEST WOMEN AND CHILDREN PROTECTION DESK AWARD was awarded to SOUTHERN POLICE DISTRICT, the San Juan City Police Station for Station Level and Pandacan Police Station (PS-10 MPD) for Numbered Police Station Level. BEST HUMAN RIGHTS AFFAIRS OFFICE AWARD District Level was awarded to the NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT and Mandaluyong City Police Station for City Police Station Level and Jose Abad Santos Police Station (MPD) for Numbered Station Level. For UNIT with HIGHEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN PROJECT DOUBLE BARREL District Level, the QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT got the award, Valenzuela City Police Station for City Police Station Level and Novaliches Police Station (PS-4, QCPD) for Numbered Station Level. BEST REGIONAL SUPPORT UNIT FOR ADMINISTRATION was awarded to the REGIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, NCRPO. For UNIT with HIGHEST INDEX CRIME SOLUTION EFFICIENCY, District Level was awarded to SOUTHERN POLICE DISTRICT. For UNIT WITH HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF ARRESTED/ NEUTRALIZED TOP MOST WANTED PERSON was awarded to NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT. For HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF ARRESTED/ NEUTRALIZED TOP MOST WANTED PERSON Award, the NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT got the award for District Level, the Valenzuela City Police Station got the award for City Police Station Level and Jose Abad Police Station (PS-7) for Numbered Police Station Level. For UNIT WITH MOST NUMBER OF FIREARMS CONFISCATED District Level was awarded to the MANILA POLICE DISTRICT, Caloocan City Police Station got the award for Police Station Level and Raxabago Police Station for Numbered Station Level. For UNIT WITH HIGHEST PERFOMANCE EVALUATION Rating was awarded to QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT, Pasig City Police Station got the Police Station Level and Sta. Cruz Police Station MPD for Numbered Police Station Level. For UNIT WITH MOST NUMBERED of CLEARED Barangay was awarded to EASTERN POLICE DISTRICT got the award for District Level, Valenzuela City Police Station, for City Police Stations Level and Eastwood Police Station for Numbered Station Level. For UNIT with LARGEST VOLUME OF ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED was awarded to NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT, the got the award for District Level, Caloocan City Police Station for City Police Stations Level and Meisic Police Station (PS-11) for Numbered Station Level. For UNIT with MOST NUMBER OF ARRESTED PERSON IN ANTI- ILLEGAL DRUGS OPERATION District Level was given to MANILA POLICE DISTRICT, Caloocan City Police Station got the same award for City Police Station Level and Sta Cruz Police Station ( PS-3, MPD) for the Numbered Station Level. UNIT WITH MOST NUMBER OF SURRENDERERS was awarded to the QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT. UNIT WITH MOST NUMBER OF ARRESTED VIOLATORS OF CITY ORDINANCE was awarded to the QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT. BEST POLICE COMMUNITY PRECINCT was awarded to POLICE COMMUNITY PRECINCT 2 (PCP 2), POLICE STATION 5 FAIRVIEW, QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT. BEST PULIS SA BARANGAY was awarded to PSSG RAMON BARCELINO, BARANGAY PARADA, VALENZUELA CITY. SPECIAL RECOGNITION was also presented to the Regional Mobile Force Battalion for being nominated as Best RMFB, National Level. In Recognition to the REGIONAL SUPPORT UNIT FOR ADMINISTRATION, A PLAQUE OF RECOGNITION is given to the REGIONAL COMMUNICATION AND ELECTRONICS, REGIONAL FINANCE SERVICE OFFICE 16, REGIONAL LEGAL OFFICE. In recognition to the support and efforts given to the National Capital Region Police Office, a plaque of recognition was given to the SPECIAL ACTION FORCE, JOINT TASK FORCE NCR AFP, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (J2 ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES), BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY (BJMP), NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE COORDINATING AGENCY (NICA), PHILIPPINE DRUG ENFORCEMENT AGENCY (PDEA), METRO MANILA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (MMDA), BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION, PHILIPPINE AMUSEMENT AND GAMING CORPORATION (PAGCOR) RESORTS WORLD MANILA (RWM) FOUNDATION INC, SM FOUNDATION, NAVAL INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY FORCE (NISF) NCR, and PNP Officers’ Ladies Club. PGEN ALBAYALDE expressed his vibrant feeling to be back home in NCRPO. He also commended the NCRPO in scaling new heights. He commended the Team NCRPO for being adjudged as the Best Regional Police Office during the 118th Police Service Celebration last August 9, 2019 in Camp Crame, Quezon City, “Nakita ng taumbayan kung gaano kasipag ang NCRPO, sa pagbaba ng krimen at sa pag linis ng hanay ng kapulisan. He also emphasized the Revitalized Internal Cleansing Program, “Huwag ninyong pabayaan na sirain ng mga tiwaling pulis ang magagandang simulain ninyo.
