NCRPO CELEBRATES 117TH POLICE SERVICE ANNIVERSARY WITH C, PNP, PDG OSCAR D ALBAYALDE

The Chief of the Philippine National Police (C,PNP) PDG OSCAR D ALBAYALDE graced this morning the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) celebration of the 117th Police Service Anniversary with this year’s Theme: “Pagbabago sa Hanay ng Pulisya, Hatid ay Ligtas na Pamayanan, Laban sa Kurapsiyon, Krimen, at Iligal na Droga" at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City.

          NCRPO Regional Director, PDIR GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR showcased the remarkable accomplishments of the Team-NCRPO and awarded the best performing police Units, officers and personnel in field of administration and operations. 

 

      PDIR ELEAZAR expressed gratitude to everyone especially to PRESIDENT RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE and to the Chief PNP for the all-out support to all undertakings of the NCRPO; to twenty-seven thousand nine hundred eighteen (27,918) galant men and women of the NCRPO for their dedication to duty; to Local Government Units, Non-Government Organizations, media, stakeholders and the public for their unwavering trust and support to Team-NCRPO.

      PDIR ELEAZAR assured that the NCRPO will remain steadfast and more motivated in living-up with the expectations of integrity and professionalism in the performance of duties while serving and protecting the country and its people. He further encourages all police officers to be committed with their job and give their share to the team to achieve its continuous success.

With great pride, PDG ALBAYALDE and PDIR Eleazar gave awards to the following: 

For the Individual Awards Category: PSSUPT CRIZALDO O NIEVES, Acting Regional Chief Directorial Staff, NCRPO was awarded as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Administration. PSSUPT RONALD GENARO E YLAGAN of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) was awarded as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Operations. PSUPT JENNY DC TECSON of Southern Police District (SPD) and PCI DANDIE DF CAPAROSSO were awarded as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officers (PCO) for Administration. SPO4 Nelson C Bajo of Eastern Police District (EPD) was awarded as Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Administration. SPO1 Jay Jay S Jacob of Manila Police District (MPD) received the award of Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Operation. PO1 Mark Louie M Tamayo of QCPD got the award of Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Administration; PO1 Danilo P Kabigting of MPD was awarded as Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Operation. For the Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP), NUP Tita B Duque of EPD was pinned as Best Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) for Supervisory Category while NUP Yolanda A Gaerlan received the award of Best Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) for Non-Supervisory Category.


         For the Special Awards Category, Best Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Anti-illegal Drug Operations was given to PCINSP JERRY O AMINDALAN of SPD; SPO4 Elmer C Rigonan of EPD was awarded with Best Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) for Anti-Illegal Drug Operations; and PSUPT RONILO A DATU, Chief, Regional Chaplain Service, NCRPO was adjudged as Outstanding Senior Police Commissioned Officer Of The Year 2018.For Unit And Special Awards Category, the BEST POLICE DISTRICT AWARD was awarded to Quezon City Police District. The VALENZUELA CITY POLICE STATION got the BEST CITY POLICE STATION award for Station Level and Novaliches Police Station (PS-4, Quezon Police District) for Numbered Station Level. 

         The BEST DISTRICT MOBILE FORCE BATALLION was awarded to NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT District Mobile Force Battalion. 
BEST WOMEN AND CHILDREN PROTECTION DESK AWARD was awarded to Southern Police District, Las Piñas City Police Station for Station Level and Batasan Hills Police Station (PS-6, QCPD) for Numbered Police Station Level.


        BEST HUMAN RIGHTS AFFAIRS OFFICE AWARD District Level was awarded to the Southern Police District and Pasay City Police Station for City Police Station Level.

        For UNIT with HIGHEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS , the Northern Police District got the award for District Level, Pasig City Police Station for City Police Stations Level and Novaliches Police Station (PS-4, QCPD) for Numbered Station Level.For UNIT with HIGHEST INDEX CRIME SOLUTION EFFICIENCY, District Level was awarded to Manila Police District, Pasay City Police Station got it for City Police Station Level and Malate Police Station (PS-9, MPD) for the Numbered Station Level.For UNIT WITH HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF ARRESTED/ NEUTRALIZED TOP MOST WANTED PERSON was awarded to Manila Police District.

      For HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF ARRESTED/ NEUTRALIZED TOP MOST WANTED PERSON Award, Las Piñas City Police Station got the award for City Police Station Level and Sta Mesa Police Station (PS-8, MPD) for Numbered Police Station Level.
For UNIT WITH MOST NUMBER OF FIREARMS CONFISCATED District Level was awarded to the Manila Police District, Caloocan City Police Station got it for Police Station Level and Talipapa Police Station (PS-3, QCPD) for Numbered Station Level. 

    For UNIT WITH HIGHEST PERFOMANCE EVALUATION Rating was awarded to Quezon City Police District. For UNIT WITH MOST NUMBERED of CLEARED Barangay was awarded to Eastern Police District.UNIT with HIGHEST VALUE OF DRUGS SEIZED was awarded to Northern Police District.UNIT with MOST NUMBER OF ARRESTED PERSON IN ANTI- ILLEGAL DRUGS OPERATION District Level was given to Manila Police District, Caloocan City Police Station got the same award for City Police Station Level and Sta Cruz PS ( PS-3, MPD) for the Numbered Station Level.

    UNIT WITH MOST NUMBER OF SURRENDERS was awarded to the Southern Police District.UNIT WITH MOST NUMBER OF HOUSE VISITATION/TOKHANG ACTIVITY was awarded to Quezon City Police District.

     UNIT WITH LOWEST PERCENTAGE OF PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATIVELY CHARGED District Level was awarded to the Northern Police District, Valenzuela City Police Station got the award for City Police Stations Level and Project 4 Police Station (PS-8, QCPD) for Numbered Police Station Level.
SPECIAL RECOGNITION was also presented to the Regional Mobile Force Battalion for being nominated as Best RMFB, National Level.###TeamNCRPO
