The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Regional Director, Police Director Carmelo E Valmoria commended the efficient and unified action of the Quezon City Police Districts (QCPD) police operatives under the supervision of PCSUPT Richard A Albano, QCPD, District Director that led to the immediate solution of Medrano’s case through the arrest of the four (4) suspects of the killing of Police Chief Inspector Roderick Medrano.
Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director Police Chief Superintendent Richard Albano announced that the killing of Police Chief Inspector Roderick Medrano who was ambushed on Monday with the arrest of four (4) suspects yesterday, in a follow up operation in Quezon City, has been solved.
PCSupt Albano identified the suspects as;
The National Capital Region Police Office Regional Director, PDIR Carmelo E Valmoria lauded the recent notable accomplishments of the Quezon City Police District under the supervision of PCSUPT Richard A Albano whose relentless efforts and proper coordination with the CIDG-NCR resulted to the arrest of the suspects in the killing of the international car-racer “Enzo” Pastor; and the apprehension of the three (3) big-time “shabu” dealer that hauled 75M pesos worth of shabu with the coordination of the operatives of the QCPD,DAID-SOTG.
PDIR Valmoria firmly reiterated that the NCRPO will not tolerate its personnel who were involved in illegal activities as he ordered for the immediate and thorough investigation of PO2 Edgar Angel’s involvement in the killing of Pastor.
