19th PCR Month Celebration
In celebration of the 19th Police Community Relations Month, the NCRPO, Regional Director, PDIR Carmelo E. Valmoria awarded deserving police officers for their role in promoting community support and participation to various programs of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
PSUPT. Leslie C. Castillo spearheaded the awardees as the "Best PCO", SPO1 Vivian Doria Umpad, "Best PNCO" while the Quezon City Police District as the "Best District". Relatedly, Pasig City Mayor Maria Belen Andaya Eusebio was given a"Special Award" for her laudable support in the acquisition of equipment, vehicles and gadgets for the Pasig City Police Station that contributed to the attainment of various Police Community Relation Programs and Projects. PDIR Valmoria appreciated the continues support of the Local Government Units in the Metro to all the undertakings of the NCRPO.
NCRPO, RPSB BATCOM Leads the Awardees during the Flag Raising
PSSUPT Marcelo C. Morales, Battalion Commander of the Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB), NCRPO was lauded with “Medalya ng Kasanayan” during the Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremonies. He was awarded for his exemplary efficiency and devotion to duty during the police operation throughout the conduct of 23rd World Economic Forum (WEF) on East Asia 2014 on May 21 to 23, 2014 at Shangrila, Makati City. He also assisted in the supervision of Police Operation during the Young Leaders forum on May 19 to 20, 2014 and the 10th Asean Finance Ministers Investors Seminar (AFMIS) on May 21, 2014 held at Peninsula Hotel, Makati City.
The NCRPO Regional Director, PDIR Carmelo Valmoria spearheaded the close monitoring of the security situation of the SONA 2014. He reminded all deployed police personnel to maintain maximun tolerance while they ensure the peace and order during the SONA. in this regard, the NCRPO is on Full alert status
Taguig City Police Arrests the Leader and Member of the “Marlboro Carnapping Group”
The quick response of the elements of Taguig City Police Station (TCSP) Intelligence Section to an information received from the Barangay Information Networks (BINs) resulted to the arrest of the leader and one member of the “Marlboro Carnapping Group” at about 3:20PM of July 24, 2014 at the vicinity of the Land Transportation Office - FTI Branch, Arca South, Western Bicutan, Taguig City.
